Your prayers/thoughts needed -- NOW!

  I just got home from the store. There is an armed stand-off on my street, one block down.

  There is a man with his child and wife. It is a custody problem. He has fired three shots already. The police have the block cordoned off.

  From what I can gather, this is the same couple that was in the news several years ago. She had abducted their children and fled. They were in a cult, the type that has a compound in the country. Her husband ended up getting the kids back.

  Please, send your prayers and energy NOW. I do feel the collective consciousness can do a lot of good, and would appreciate it!

  sheesh...I say grab some booz, the TV and head for the basement for a while! Poor kid having to be involved in that mess...parents who let it get that far need to be far away from one another..

  I'm not much into prayers anymore Talesin but my thoughts and energy goes to the children and their mother.

  If God is love, my prayers should not be needed to motivate him to act on their behalf...I'm sorry for what they're enduring though!

  I'm in the basement! (apartment) I'm far enough away that there's no danger of a random shot.

  What sickened me is that some of my neighbours have lawn chairs set up, and there's a bunch of people who have headed over to watch, all standing around, laughing and talking like it's some kinda party or something.

  Why these people had another child together after the incident years ago, I don't know. They are twisted. Well, cults will do that to people, I guess.

  I feel sick.

  Yes, Shotgun, me too. I don't pray either, but send energy -- it will help. Thanks!
