Some of the topics were just pointless, instead of focusing on how being a Jehovah's Witness greatly seperates you from everyone else, I read just a lot of attacks and attempts to find faults in the organization.

With all due respect, we constantly are "focusing on how being a Jehovah's Witness greatly seperates you from everyone else". Maybe not the way you think that it seperates JW's, but it certainly brings us an immense amount of entertainment.
I spent more years in the "Truth" than you have been alive. I was a very faithful JW and a ministerial servant who truly wanted to help the brothers and sisters. At your age (22) I felt the same way you do and I probably would have said the same things that you did in your opening post (well, then again, I wouldn't have because I would have never posted on an apostate site...). I will only say that you owe it to yourself to examine more than just WTS literature. Educate yourself. Don't just read things that "tickle your ears" and make you feel safe and sound. After all...if the "Truth" is the truth, then it will stand on it's own (the Beoreans felt that way about Christianity). Stick around, you might learn something, unless you think that your faith is not strong enough.
The mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Ask them for their address. When they ask why you want it, claim that you want to appear on their doorstop univited so that you can peddle your own beliefs. Look smug and tell them that your God can beat up their God. Tell them you already have your own religion. When they ask what it is, wince a little before confessing, "er, I'm not sure if it's legal in this country A chalk outline of a human body on the pavement, and a few copies of "The Watchtower" scattered around... Answer every one of their questions with "What do you mean by that?" This might take a while, but you and your loved ones can have fun placing bets on how long it takes for them to leave. Ask them to explain the story of Elisha and the Forty-two children. Invite them in to see your fine collection of dinosaur fossils. -

LOL wow, no you are not swine MSN butteryfly. Exdub, I read what you posted, just because I did not reply do not take it the wrong way. As for my faith, it is fine for me, you went your way and I my own. We will meet when the end comes or whatever it is you believe, and that will prove what will really happen, lets leave it as that.

By the way...you mentioned the veiled screen names on the board and how they bothered you. H is the street name for Heroin, so I am on to your veiled reference no matter how you try to disguise it[our little secret] LOL!)

If you are going to wait for the "End" according to the Faithful And Discreet Slave's time schedule, I am afraid that you and I will be long gone and mere dust in the ground before we meet, because they have not gotten a date for the end to come right yet, and I am afraid that they have failed again.
Does it not trouble you that they have "adjusted" their view on the "Generation"? The light is getting murkier and murkier as the end draws near. I feel bad that you, another young person that should be enjoying his life, has dedicated his life to a bag full of empty promises. Alas, I realize that you are doing what you think to be right, but you at least owe yourself the time to "make sure of all things and hold fast to what is fine" before you sacrafice yourself on the altar of the Watchtower Bible And Tract Society. Investigate and prove to yourself that you have dedicated yourself to a worthy cause. You had the guts and strength to come on this board and state your position...use that strength to test it.
