Yep...they can have nukes.... but they have to register them...have special health and safety training...keep a certified Rad tech on site to monitor them for leakage and pay a big Tax for the joy ownership. Ya know ...we couldnt let some radioactive materials rot the skin off of the kids if the nuke isnt inspected from time to time.
They will have to make and comply with a whole plethoria of rules a regulations for transportation of the said nukes also.
