Because God loves us so much, He paid the ultimate price to spare us from hell.

He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die a torturous death on the cross so we could escape hell's flames.

However, in His perfect love, God also gives us a free will.

We can accept or reject His escape hatch from hell. If we reject it and burn, it is our fault, not God's.

Imagine an inmate sitting on death row. He is about to be executed when the warden appears at his cell with an official pardon signed by the governor.

All this condemned man must do is accept the pardon and he can waltz out of prison a free man. But suppose he rejects the pardon and is executed.

Is it the governor's fault? No. He did everything he could, but his offer was rejected.

Our eternal destiny is the same. We can accept God's offer, or we can reject it and suffer the consequences.

The choice is ours. What could be more fair? Soon, you will have an opportunity to choose heaven as your eternal home. If we do nothing, hell is where we will go.
