That's right min ... I am INSANELY happy to have left that organization I'm GOING OUT OF MY MIND with joy in living a life of freedom I must have been NUTS to join a cult in the first place (tamtam of the 'I'm not crazy, you're crazy' class )

check out www.watchtower.observer.org - John Spencer and Jerry Berman, Ph.D. write about studies showing that there is a higher rate of mental illness within the Witness tribe. One Aulstralian study shows that "followers of the sect are 3 times more likely to suffer from schizophernia...than the rest of the population at risk."
and a side bar- 4 out of approximetly 20 members of my Narcotics Anonymous group are ex-JW's!!!
The sad thing about a label of mental illness is that such conditions of mental aberrations were given parameters by a group of men who decided for the rest of society (us undereducated dumbf**ks who fly by the seat of our pants through life) what is and is not socially acceptable behavior and what is and is not criminal behavior, giving them the right to invade our private lives and investigate whether our behavior meets someone else's standards, based on mere accusation and circumstancial evidence.
And then the accused must rely on the parameters of those mental aberrations decided upon by that original group of men.....to bail the accused's butt out of trouble.
Just an observation.....I guess I watch too much Law & Order on TV, eh?
