i saw some at a bar last month...they were giving me that ''we're jealous b/c we have to act good, but u have a fake id and u'r acting so crazy and obviously having fun'' look.

The last time I ran into a jw was at a retail store. He sold my husband some speakers and gave my kids a bible story book (which they have never seen or read - it's hidden in my closet).

My apartment building has door staff to keep beggars, peddlers and evangelists from wandering in uninvited. Since I live far from where I was an active JW, I wouldn't recognize anyone but I do occasionally walk by JWs on the street hawking magazines. Funny though - they don't seem to actually talk to anyone, just stand there holding them (and logging those hours, presumably).
