When it comes to fast food I'll take Arby's. They used to have an ArbyQ which was fantastic. Now I have to get the plain ol' roast beef and put their barbeque sause on it, which is very good IMO. I always get extra packets of the BBQ sause and use it when I go to Hardee's for their roast beef sandwich. One thing I dislike about Hardee's is that all condiments are in individual packets - annoying! That, and the fact that they oftentimes get my order wrong.

i've seen that site before and noticed the extreme amount of excercising that is done. His workout routine is near mine(but I add roughly 4 evenings of competitive volleyball per week). If you excercise that much, you are bound to burn off any excess calories that a McFood diet will tack on.
The majority of the population though does not exercise, which is quite troubling. I always shake my head when I see a couple of overweight kids walking by with a bag of Doritos and a bottle of Coke in hand.
It is quite sad here in America where easy living and making bank is what it's all about.

I prefer KFC over McD's. The one item I miss that McD's use to serve was the McDLTs.
I usually don't go to KFC unless I have coupons. I rarely eat out anyway. I try to prepare my food at home where I have more of a choice and it's quicker, healthier and cheaper. Fast food isn't "fast" anymore. You have to wait in long lines or have to wait on the slow people behind the counter. The service in those places aren't anything like they use to be.

Subway is about as globally corporate as the rest.
Didn't you see Ace Ventura- When Nature Calls.? There is a scene of Ace driving through the jungle and there's a Subway billboard in the middle of nowhere...and he makes some rediculous comment about the unspoiled scenery.

Why does all the USA food look and sound better than it does in the UK (even from same chain)! TGI's is good here IMO. The nearest TGI or HRC is 15 mile away. I think there is something going on in the local council (in this city) cos we have 8 mill McD's & Pizza Hut a few KFC and NO BK - Love BK. Having said all that you cant beat a good Indian or Kebab.
