Why would the witnesses even bother helping any "worldly" people in times of such natural disasters? After all, they are all destined to be destroyed at the big A anyway right?
Plus, isn't it better that people die in natural disasters? After all, then they are guaranteed a "resurrection" right?

interesting story i have a friend who is df but his wife still faithfully goes to meetings.
there's a single brother in the cong that is always flirting with his wife.
well at a recent meeting my df friend decided to show up to check this brother out.
on the jw.org website, the watchtower is sending out a strong warning with regard to emoji's & flirting.. my personal view is that the org is now trying to micro-manage just about every aspect of people's lives!.

It's just another example of the society micro managing the personal lives of its members...
Even if there is some value in teaching kids to be wise with electronic communications, it is over the top for the society to be meddling in things like this...
