well it has been 3.5 days since i had a smoke...i know your probably sick of hearing about it but, i really depend on your support here.. (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((fourm))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))).
there has to be people here that have quit.did you have the shakes just from quiting smoking?
i have had some real long days and nights.. i have drank water, walked a million miles,chewed gum and even took up knitting to keep my hands busy but cant get over how much i am.
did not want to start a new post,but..............it is a week now.!!!!..the shakes are still there but not near as bad......i'm so proud of myself!!!!!!i started my zyban today...it is quit pricey...but in the long run I hope to be safeing $$$...Thank you all for your support up to now....This fourm is sometimes more supportive then your own family..(((((fourm))))))...oh...thank-you hubby......you know who you are.....love ya.....

richard rawe from soap lake .wa by way of background info.
was df a number of years ago and has quite a story to tell that borders on the unbelieveable ,but true .
richard has held bible conferences in soap lake for many years now, called and told me that a former jw ,a playright showed interest in his story while attending one of his conferences in soap lake.. the playright harold james called richard an invited him and his wife to the play as above ,exspenses paid plus a get together after the play .. richard also mentioned that barbara anderson along with 4 texas attorneys will also be in attendance at the play .although richard is diabetic and hard to understand because of a number of recent strokes he presses on and is in the process of arrangeing a conference in detroit city wa.on may /04 re a debate between greg stafford and dr. robert morey on the trinity and expects an attendance of about 1500 .. in conclusion hats off to richard the lionheart take care all don .

in the young people ask section, the question is posed: "how can i come out from under my parents' shadow" then you get two quotes from supposed elders' kids, identified only by their first names.
one says he is only known as his elder father's son, whereas the other one feels pressure to live up to high standards being an elder's son.

The whole big picture brings back some pretty haunting memories....I feel sorry for them kids...I wonder where they are now?

i got my navel pierced after my divorce..........best decision i every made.
i had to go to a tattoo place to get it pierced and they told me i had the perfect navel for it...heck...i didn't know what they were talking about...i just wanted it done>>>>>>>>>>>> my 18 year old son was with me...eyeing the tattoo designs on all the walls looking for the perfect tatt...my navel healed very fast...and to this day i am proud i did it.....my first bit of rebellion and heck, navel jewelry are cute and fun to shop for!!!.

i just finished watching martha stewart and after it went off there was a set of commercials before the news came on and i swear i just saw a commercial from the christian congregation of jehovahs' witnesses!.
it was about raising your children with knowledge and love.
it showed a teen girl on the internet in a chat room with a person who had become her best friend and wanted to meet her in person and they said something like if it seems too good to be true it is..'love builds happy familys' was the slogan or something.. .
This just pisses me off! It is plain out WRONG.....The nerve of them to have a commercial...What the hell is going to be next?

There is nothing wrong with being assertive! big difference then being aggrestive.You can make your point without getting pysical with anyone,or kicking their ass.Just a thought.....Try it sometime.....I did, and it worked to my surprise.Your still standing up for yourself,but your being the better person...(not that I have not kicked some ass my self in my days)
