There are enough doo's and don't's in life, the Witness's have added to the scriptures with their man made rules to the point they have almost have ruined them, it makes me sick.

they put down anyone else that claim to be christian, stating they are merely "counterfeit christians".
jehovah's witnesses believe they alone can rightfully be called "christian".

Weird, to be a good Witness you have to allow yourself to be included in a group cluster f*, as long as you have only Witness friends and attend regularly the meetings then the cluster f* is enjoyable and does not cause bewilderment. But the moment you begin to use your mental facultys as think on your own then you get pissed off because you find yourself saying most of the time this word: (WHAT!).

LET us rejoice at this joyful season of the year and have our hearts filled with appreciation of the divine love and generosity, which gave us the great gift of Messiah, and thus indirectly a knowledge of the kingdom yet to come and of our share in that kingdom, which shall bless the world. As we have freely received, let us freely give, and thus copy our Lord and the Heavenly Father. Some may have the opportunity of giving many gifts of many kinds. All will have the privilege of offering to their fellows, directly or indirectly, gifts of God's love, by making known to them the riches of his grace, as presented in the "Divine Plan of the Ages." The message of God's love is the most precious thing we have ever received, and let us have this in mind when offering gifts to others that, whatever else we may or may not be able to give our dear friends and neighbors and loved ones, we may offer them this; and our manner and general deportment should show how we value it above rubies, and thus we may best commend the Gift of God to others and help them to appreciate it. In such presentations kind words, kind looks, will proceed from the loving heart, which has itself been saved by the power of the truth from the domination of the Adversary and sin and selfishness. Let us learn to scatter these gifts of grace and truth and happifying influences to all about us, not merely once a year, but every day and every hour, and not merely upon our friends, but, god-like, upon our enemies also, for "He is kind to the unthankful, and causes his sun to shine upon the evil and upon the good."

by OUTLAW in..i`ve watched jehovah`s witness`s live and die for decades..they really seem to have a lack of appreciation,for the limited time they have on this earth.....and..why should`nt they?..jehovah`s witness`s are going to live forever!.....there`s no rush to do anything.except to get to the next meeting,assembly or get out in the field service.....celebrations of almost any kind are avoided..excelling at anything is discouraged..a death in the congregation is no big deal.that person will be resurrected.....jehovah`s witness`s don`t have a hunger for life,because they`re stuck with it!..there`s no way out,unless you stop being a jw..if you stop being a jw,you loose your family and friends!..so basically,jehovah`s witness`s are stuck with living forever!..lol!

You got that right. Being raised a Witness to me was like slowly becoming a plastic man, not having no feelings of my own no real nothing of feeling good with out having to search the WT for permission or run to the elders for this and that. My life and that of my kids was a real farce.

Banned expressions= Pioneers abused me for saying "that sucks or peeved"!
by Witness 007 inyes as a young man on 20 out witnessing with the special pioneers one brother said his bible study wasn't home...."oh that sucks" said i......well, you would have thought i said "that sucks balls" three pioneers completely freak out and as a "trinity" start telling me off...i didn't think it was a swear word....anyone else?.
once the c.o used the term "peeved off" during his talk...well, everyone did research on the word to see if it was the same as "pissed off.

I did one or two times till I wised up, and told the elders what if people cam and asked for bib;e information during the memorial, would you halt everything or would say lets meet at a latter time.

Society's view of stained glass windows
by Bonnie_Clyde inback in the 50's the society used to criticize the churches for their stained glass windows.
now they proudly point to their assembly hall in jersey hall with their chandeliers and stained glass windows.
i know there are a number of kingdom halls with stained glass too.. i think few congregations owned their kingdom halls in the 50's.

I have begun to issue 'Certificates of Merit..... Excellence In Shunning'
by AK - Jeff intwo weeks ago i sent the first one to a friend of 45 years who made a galloping escape down a grocery aisle and out the xpress lane to avoid my frightening middle aged wife, my 4 year old grandson and myself.
of course, i do sport a patch of facial hair now, and he likely imagined that he heard me asking the clerk for a gallon of fresh blood and three straws.
anyway, he moves quite well for a man of 71, so i gave him a nicely embossed certificate, suitable for framing.
