I was DA'd without my consent. Whadda buncha hypocrites!!!!!!!!!!
by Love_Truth ini was raised a jw, seriously studied the bible, consumed it, and in my decades, found very few jws or non-jws who knew it as well as i. i love god's word, the bible.
i left the jws as a teen/young man, df'd for fornication, with no witnesses, and i never showed for the judicial commitee.
when i came back in (in my 20s) and was re-instated, i was "super jw", very zealous, and very vocal and knowlegeable of the bible.

My point is this-
They made the rules, not me. They don't follow their own rules. And yes, I'm both laughing, and pissed. Laughing because I'm out and free, for four years already, and certain that what I did was right, while they remain brainwashed.
Pissed because I hate injustice and hypocrisy, and I feel sorry for the braiinwashed robots still in the JWs, jus another part of "Babylon the Great."

A pertinent parable- who are you?
by Love_Truth inthere was this group of individuals, with backgrounds in diet and nutrition, who began to study the effects of food on the human body.
over many decades, they continued their study, along with publishing many books on the subject.
adherents to their beliefs believed the information so wholeheartedly, and believed that the effects of the diet were so positive, that they told all their friends and family members, neighbors, and even strangers about it.

There was this group of individuals, with backgrounds in diet and nutrition, who began to study the effects of food on the human body. Over many decades, they continued their study, along with publishing many books on the subject. Adherents to their beliefs believed the information so wholeheartedly, and believed that the effects of the diet were so positive, that they told all their friends and family members, neighbors, and even strangers about it. Some believed, and also became adherents to the diet. One of the key teachings of the diet was that ONLY the foods recommended by the leaders could be eaten, other foods would have disastrous results.
In time, some believers started to question the leaders, as the teachings on what foods were acceptable became stricter and stricter, and the ?approved? foods list became narrower and narrower. When these ?doubters? would raise good questions, some were answered, but many were brushed off by the leaders with a ?because I said so? answer, without any proof that only one viewpoint was ultimately correct.
Eventually, some of these ?doubters? left the group, or were forced to leave, and, upon doing so, fell into three categories:
1)- Those who would eat absolutely anything, regardless of what they were previously taught.
2)- Those who stopped eating, because they were so disgusted by what the group had taught them, that they abandoned all of the teachings.
3)- Those who realized that there was value in what the group had taught, and that it is both necessary to eat, and to watch what one eats, within the realm of what is known.
The FIRST GROUP truly enjoyed their freedom- they ate whatever they wanted, and they found many exotic foods that were indeed quite tasty. Unfortunately, occasionally one of them one eat something poison or diseased, and would either die suddenly or live on with a disease. Eventually, the majority of them died well before their ?time? had come.
The SECOND GROUP, living on anything but food, became continually weaker, and those who did not change their ways died within a short period of time. Those that came to realize the error of their ways either re-joined the original group, or one of the other two groups.
The THIRD GROUP, like the first, truly enjoyed their freedom- they originally ate only those foods approved by the original group, then slowly, after studying foods on their own, came to eat a much broader and tasteful diet. However, they continued to err on the side of caution, and so, while they may not have partaken of some fine foods, they lived the longest, and on average, were the healthiest of these groups.
I'm glad I'm in the THIRD GROUP. How about you?

I was raised a JW, seriously studied the Bible, consumed it, and in my decades, found very few JWs or non-JWs who knew it as well as I. I LOVE God's word, the Bible. I left the JWs as a teen/young man, DF'd for fornication, with no witnesses, and I never showed for the Judicial Commitee. They DF'd me anyway, they make their own rules.
When I came back in (in my 20s) and was re-instated, I was "Super JW", very zealous, and very vocal and knowlegeable of the Bible. I eventually became a Ministerial Servant who was asked numerous times (begged) to become an Elder by the body. I refused numerous times, always being honest and telling them why- The hypocrisy, the "title Seekers" (those who became Elders because it massaged their ego), but I empahsized to them that it was their "going beyond the things written", that was what I TRULY detested about the organization. I finally got sick of being a Servant as well, so I stepped down.
Some time passed(a year or so), and, after I was seen at a local bar smoking a cigar, I faced the JC, and again, I was totally honest, telling them that there is no prohibition on an occasional cigar, although I could see where a daily tobacco habit would be showing disrespect for your body. They decided, after they were unable to prove me wrong (I prepared a Scriptural response, that they could NOT disprove from the Scriptures), they decided to give me "private reproof". I remarked that they were putting me on "double-secret probation", and they asked whether I was taking this seriously. I let them figure that one out. They then asked how things were at home, and said they'd be coming by for a "Sheperding Visit". I told them that I was most likely going to divorce my wife, who, after 15 years, had become insanely brainwashed by the cult, but that I was doing everything possible, including paying for her weekly therapy seesions, to try and save our marriage.
My (ex)wife arranged for their visit, and I once again was honest in answering what I was asked, but didn't volunteer anything, as usual. Basically, they wanted to be in our bedroom, private lives, finances, etc- clearly none of their business. I stopped them, and told them it was over, thanks for coming, but I had some business I had to attend to. They prayed, and that was that.
A month or two later, I finally got my wife to sign the Divorce Agreement (she proved herself incredibly greedy by demanding EVERYTHING, and I wanted out SO badly, I agreed).
I then began to date, and I began living with the beautiful woman I live with to this day. After being OUT of the JWs and divorced for EIGHTEEN!!! months, the elders decided they would make an "example" of me, as there were two other friends of mine who followed my lead within months of my leaving, and then the mass exodus began. So, I was to be their "scapegoat". Mind you, I was ALREADY out of the "organiazation". but I guess the CO had to make his DF/DA quota, so they sent me a registered letter. They accused me of fornication (no witnesses, obviously, so I have no idea how they were planning on making that stick), and told me to be present at a Judicial Hearing in TWO days!!! I responded with a letter, and delivered copies to each of the Elders on the JC by hand to them at the Hearing, told them my entire defense was in that letter, so I would not be staying, turned around, and walked out. That was a Friday night.
The NEXT day!!!, I got a phone call from the pinhead know-nothing "Elder" who presided over the JC, who had an IQ of definitely less than 70, who told me I was DA'd. I told him that their own "Sheperding the Flock" book, as I had quoted in my letter, stated (1) I must DA myself, not them, (2) they must allow me time to appeal, (3) There were no witnesses, and I denied fornication, so there was no evidence.
On TUESDAY, they announced that I was DA'd!!! Hahahahahaha!!!!!!! They DON'T EVEN FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES IN THE "SHEPERDING BOOK", and The Holy Bible!!!!!!!!!!!!! What frikkin' HYPOCRITES!!!!!!!
I am SO glad to be OUT of "Babylon the Great", AT ANY COST!! I thanked them, and am infamous amongst the remaining cultists as an "apostate", too funny!! I used the Scriptures, and their own DF/DA "rule-book" to prove them wrong, they used the "Society's" publications, ignored God's own Holy Scriptures, AND the "Sheperding" book, and DA'd me!!
Now, I ask you, WHO is the APOSTATE???????
LMAO!!!!!!

You can get everything you need at many good websites:
http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/2919/
Are a start, just type "Jehovah's Witnesses" into a search engine, you'll find plenty.
Their methods are gradual and insidious, I'd be redundant by saying anymore. Look at the sites above for details.

Of course not, why should I?
I left primarily because I am an avid Bible Student, and the WTC is in the habit, as are all other religions, IMHO, of "going beyond the things written?.
They just DON"T get it- There are RULES/LAWS in the NT, and then there are principles, prophecies, etc.
RULES/LAWS need NO interpretation,
As for principles, prophecies, etc, each Bible Student has the potential to interpret these differently.
The WTC attempts to seat itself as God and Mediator, becoming the Anti-Christ and Man of Lawlessness, like every other religion, by stating that if members disagree, on Biblical grounds, with "their interpretation", that one is somehow an ?Apostate?. Nothing could be further from the truth. The WTC are the Apostates, because they go beyond what is written", breaking God's LAW.
What is important, then? Should we turn our back on the Bible because false religion twists it?s contents? That would be like throwing out the baby with the bath water.
I t is what leads to salvation that is important, not all the mnanuafctured interpretation of Scripture to try to make it fit an organization?s pre- conceived notions. We should not turn our backs on what is important for salvation- Faith in God, service to him, faith in his Son's ransom sacrifice's power to redeem us, practicing the fruitages of the Holy Spirit, prayer, doing our utmost to avoid sin, and helping others do the same are what matter. It's all there in the NT. Want some citations? You can look these up online at http://bible.gospelcom.net/bible/ there's 17 Bible versions available there.
Putting faith in God (YHWH), his Son, Jesus Christ, his Son's ransom sacrifice's power to redeem us, and his inspired word the Holy Bible - Hebrews 10:12, 26; 11:6; 11:1-40; John 3:16-21; Romans chapters 4, 5 & 6; Romans 10: 9-17; Acts 4:12; 10:43; Matthew 26:28; Mark 3:28-30; James 4:17; 5:15; 1 John 4:9-14;Luke 13:23,24; 1 Timothy 4:10.
Real faith compels us to works, service to God - James 2:26; Acts 26:20; Hebrews 10: 23-25.
Practicing the fruitages of the Holy Spirit, doing our utmost to avoid sin -Galatians 5:19-25;1 Corinthians 6: 9,10; Matthew 12:31.
Prayer - Matthew 5:44, 6:9, 26:41; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; James 5:16; Romans 12:21; Phillipians 4:6; Colossians 4:2; 1 Peter 4:7.
There are many more scriptures that provide insight on these things necessary for salvation. Everthing else outside the scope of these things is principle, prophesy, trivia and dissertation. It's all a matter of setting priorities and importance.
I choose to keep the Bible based moral rules and principles in mind, and let the Fruitages of the Spirit guide me, along with faith in God. I pray to him when I feel compelled to do so, and try my best not to sin. Leaving the JWs, just another part of Babylon the Great, is one of the best things any of us can do. But we shouldn?t jump from the fire into the frying pan. Avoid at all costs walking on through the broad gate that leads top destruction, as tempting as it may be.
