Post it already! Hell, Monica Lewinsky was recorded and her voice ended up being heard round the world. No expectation of privacy exists for that elder. Besides, you think he's kept mum about your little talks?

Recorded Conversation with elder

let's also say, hypothetically, that i just so happen to be recording the conversation.
let's then say he called me again and recorded it again.

Reinstatement questions
by RebelWife inwould somebody give me a detailed rundown of what occurs?
and what would i (the evil ubm) notice my husband doing that would give me a clue that he might be planning this?
i've looked at some old threads and see that there must be letters & meeting attendance.

Have your husband consult a psychiatrist. If he is OUT and wants to get back IN, he needs professional help. If he wants something to do three times week, have him coach Little League, take knitting classes, or join a gym. Chain the man to the front porch if you have to.....but don't let him go back....and do not allow him to castrate himself by groveling to any JW elder, let alone 3 of them.

The true dimension of the WTS
by greendawn infor those that still have doubts about the true nature of the wts organisation, its leaders and r&f and who think that this organisation has a supreme status through being hand picked by god as his sole organisation on earth: .
far from the gb being a group of god appointed saintly elite over an angelic jw society they are group of despicable ever scheming devious men directing a vast and nasty network of jw communities of venomous sneaky vermin which with their poisonous fangs will suck the life out of anyone that gets caught in their cultic spider web of deception and just as with some poisonous spiders you may not realise that you got bitten until well after the fact.
jw sainthood, what a joke, it is as real as easter bunny.

Did U Ever Express Negative Comments About The Organization While U Were In
by minimus ini was caught saying a few "truths" about the organization to my tennis buddy whose family are witnesses.
he rather innocently related some things i expressed.
the next thing i knew i was being asked by the po if i had any issues with the faithful slave.

A good friend recently told me that my comments about the borg were negative.
So I asked: Are they true?
So she answered: Yes.
So I said: And aren't we supposed to love and speak truth to each other?
She: Yes.
I smiled: So I as your friend don't lie to you. I tell you truth. I show respect for you by not bullshitting you about anything, and you think that's negative?
She pleaded: Just don't tell anyone else, okay?
So there you have it. JW's don't want truth. The ones that do get the out. Have I ever been called to task? I suspect I will be left alone. I am committed to making life a living and expensive legal hell for anyone in the heirarchy who screws with me. And from what I have been able to discern in all my time as a JW, many of them as an elder, is that a JW's committment to the Borg stops well short of their individual wallets.

If Your Spouse Told The Elders On U, Is That a Marital or Religious Problem
by minimus inif a faithful devout jw saw her husband on a board like this or reading "apostate" literature, if she was so disturbed by her husband's actions and the husband justified himself, would you think that if she told the elders because she was truly concerned that her mate was going to leave "the truth" and ultimately not make it into the "new system", --------that this was simply a marital issue-----not a religious one?.
your opinions please..

Any issue that involves your marriage is marital by definition. More to your point, and I know how dubs think having been one all my life, if my mate felt she had to "tell" on me for being a naughty boy and hangin' with you 'postates, how could I possibly trust her with anything after that?

God help me - Just finished Crisis of Conscience
by Orgull ini don't know whether to laugh or cry.. a friend lent me coc yesterday and i stayed up most of the night reading it.
it took me 13 hours and i skipped the meeting today to keep reading, i couldn't bear to put it down.. i am shocked but not surprised at how closely ray's thinking mirrors my own in some ways.
the part that hit me hardest was.... "conviction, it has no meaning or validity unless it is individual, personal.

Did the time come when it became unbearable to walk in the Kingdom Hall?
by RULES & REGULATIONS ini didn't attend any meetings in the month of august.
i worked too many hours and i just don't care any longer.
just the thought of driving 45 minutes, greeting brothers and sisters who don't really care about each other, singing the dreadful songs, listening to the boring talk(which are repeats of a repeat),going over the slanted watchtower study and then driving another 45 minutes home.. how did you feel when you knew that it was becoming unbearable to attend another meeting?.

The "special Talk" this year was the last meeting for me. Actually, I only stayed for the talk. I could not stomach to stay through the WT Study. That was it.

Why is god so angry?
by keyser soze inin reading the scriptures, it is clear that god has some serious anger issues, not to mention insecurities.
how does he deal with anyone who displeases him in the old testament?
he not only kills them, but their children, and their children's children.

Did Jesus really die on a cross?
by moomanchu inbelieve it or not this was the very very begining of my demise as a dub.. i picked the simplest thing that dubs disagree with christians on and i thought surely i could come to a conclusion as to wether dubs were right or christendom was right.i wanted to start building my foundation of faith in them.. i can't believe they are still using this stupid illustration of the loved one murdered by the weapon illustration!.
idiots, jesus wasn't murdered he gave his life ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
they have this on their site.. http://www.watchtower.org/e/200604a/article_01.htm.

I believe he was executed on a cross. Christians do not "venerate" the cross, as in worship it as an idol. To them it is a symbol of the power of God's love and the redemption made possible by His son--- who was led as a "sheep" to the slaughter. he is called the lamb, no? JW's are just contrarian.

There's nothing wrong with Christ----- his followers, however, are a different story.
