Some want him to be executed, and some don't. Why not compromise by taking him to the gallows every few days, get the necktie on him all nice and comfy, let him wiggle and squirm for awhile, but not actually pull the lever, then send him back to his cell. Repeat this every few days, and let him live with the thought that anytime he goes to the gallows, could be his last. Soon enough, he'll be beggin for that lever to be pulled.

yet how evil is someone who has murdered one person in cold blood, compared to someone who is guilty of genocide?
the crime of murder is heinous in itself, but does the fact that someone may be responsible for millions of deaths make the crime of multiple murder a million times worse than the person who kills only once?

when we assured him that they were then he wolfed them down (after a quick "yeahs!")..

Devoted is defined as: Zealous or ardent in attachment, loyalty, or affection. Devotee is also defined as a 1. person who is greatly Devoted to something; 2. A person who is exteremely devoted to a RELIGION; A FOLLOWER.
Could the WTBTS actually be considered an Idol? Do they not teach that they should be DEVOTED not only to Jehovah, But to Jehovah's Organization? Are not the followers ZEALOUS in spreading the word by use of the Orgs. Literature, rather than God's spoken word? And do they not show AFFECTION and LOYALTY for God's visible channel of Communication, namely the Org?
The Dubs Idolize the Org. so much that they are willing to sacrifice their lives, give up their family members, etc. They are the Blind, Idolatrous Hypocrites! They try to avoid the real issue by focusing the attention on minor details, to try to justify themselves, and keep people's attention focused on these small things; Flags, etc., so as to not bring attention to there own hypocritical actions.

Is there proof of Evolution out there? help needed
by trumangirl ini've faded, but i still would like to have faith in a creator/god.
but i am really not sure if my belief in god is the result of being brought up a jw and being stuck with a particular world-view.
the best thing i can do is challenge myself by reading some material that explains proof of the evolution, but i have not seen anything that does this yet, i've only seen explanations of the theory, not the proof.

Can't wait to see them. Mars is very interesting, but to get a glimpse of one of the Gas giants is truly amazing!

Wow, I didn't realize it was only 6 weeks ago. Sorry for the pain you are going through. If you ever need an ear to listen, feel free to PM me.....
For me, it was a weird experience, as I did not find out that I was DF till several weeks later, as I happened to hear about it through the grape vine. Never met with JC or anything, but they did it anyways. I got into a really bad depression, but in a way, I felt relieved. Lots of mixed feelings, and feelings of alienation.
Now I am so happy that it did happen, as it got me to research, and see all of the errors in the Org.
