Does It Bother You Too??
by kelpie inmy sister who is still a jw called me today and was talking to me about my "situation".
i said to her that i am studing, doing research and trying to find my way and what i believe.. i said how mum said is pleading for me to go back to the meetings and i said to my sister that i cannot make up my own mind if i am at the meetings.
her reply was "the only way you can is at the meetings because that is where you get holy spirit from.".

Kelpie,
Your sister is the one that should be "scared". Why? Well in light of the fact that JWS ranks are shrinking and attendance at Kingdom Halls is dropping off like flies in winter. She was never taught that stats like that were going to happen. Am I right?

Were You Obsessed With Demons?
by minimus infrom my youngest days, i remember being told that we should be careful because of the demons.
they are everywhere, just waiting to pounce on us.
we were told to stay away from windchimes since they "attract" the demons.

there is a church on every corner.
they always have a sign out front with some very corny saying.
