I guess that if you send this letter, they wouldn't take it serious. But I think it's a very good way to make it clear to the brothers and sisters of the way the WT leadership thinks.

you might want to consider this letter in the 'questions from readers' section of the watchtower.. my question is this: i would like to join the catholic church and at the same time keep my standing and position in the congregation!
the reason being is that i have heard that the vatican has a very good and complete library which i would like to avail myself of.

Religion is needed for the development of the human race. But when mankind has developed themselves to a certain level they can see what religion has done in the past, and what their purpose is now. Religion is needed for those who cannot think for themselves. When mankind keeps on developing, and educating themselves, then after a certain time more and more people will see religion for what it really is. The answer is education, freedom and democracy. We should all together keep working on these goals, and I am certain that deceiving Organizations will NOT win.

The whole world gave money. So much that the money stream had to be stopped. According to what you said in your letter, you should have a part of what we all gave. Don't think of it as charity. Your husband gave his life. If there's anything I can do just say the word.

Enjoy the Freedom you now have. After all the years of being enslaved by the WT, you now have freedom. Use it to discover, to develop. Things that weren't allowed in the WT Org. you now have full freedom to do. This doesn't mean you should abuse this new found freedom. Use it the right way. And there are so many ways to use freedom. I love my freedom and I will never ever give it up again.

The Watchtower & Human RIghts
by Thirdson ini posted something similar on beliefnet following the availability of the awake article on human rights posted by kent on the watchtower observer board.. jehovah's witnesses and the wt society, in particular, are in favor of promoting human rights when it suits them.
when the wts was associated with the un they listed human rights as one of their interests.
it should be noted that the wts wrote a very favorable article about the un and the issue of human rights in late 1998.

Awake! and pyramidology
by ballistic injust read a recent awake on fen shui and it's pagan origins and it made me wonder if they have ever printed a similar article on pyramidology, considering russell's preoccupation with it?.
i would appreciate any articles as my w.library is still not working.. (please no more pictures of pyramids though)!
