  Would acceptance of the gospel change the world?

  what do you think would happen if the world or at least a large powerful nation accepted and practised the gospel as it is without watering it down?

  you all remember those "experiences" told at the conventions bout someone stating that "if everyone would be a JW, this world would be a better place". duh! if everyone would be a blond white nazi, there probably wouldn't be any problem on this world either, because there wouldn't be a source of conflict if everyone has the same ideology.
  
  first of all, you suggest that there is a "genuine interpretation" of the gospel. well, you know, just about every christian sect has the "genuine interpretation". next is the question, which gospel? according to mark? john? thomas? judas?
  
  history has shown us, that using biblical principles where secular laws should have been applied, is not a good idea. no, it's a bad idea. indeed it would change the world. it has. and breaking free of it has changed the world too. for better.
  
  now if everyone would become a lefty humanist atheist, the world would be a better place too. but what would be left to discuss?

  "al quaeda" is just a buzz word the media picked up, and now i think some unknown terrorist groups borrow it to make their case bigger. some (totalitarian) regimes like the US need those invisible, unknown, allways present enemies to wage war on. once it was the communists or "the wise of zion" or the freemasons or whatever. now it's the muslims or "al quaeda".
  
  there's really nothing special about our days except that we live in it.

  i always did. first i said, i can do it next month, but later i found out i won't do it anyway. i also found out that pretty everyone at least of the young ones was faking their numbers.
  
  this is a chart of hours and what they really mean:
  
  1h = didn't go out in service, but didn't want to lie tooooo much
  2h = didn't go out in service: standard fake, or went out in service once less than 2h
  3h = wen't around the blocks for an hour and spent some time in a café
  4h = very rare, usually rounded to 5h. possibly went out in service twice.
  5h = standard fake. this is the amount that saves you some trouble from the elders.
  
  above those hours it's usually a rounding thing, but that only happens when you really went out in service at least twice.

  Does God Care If We Get All Dressed Up To Worship Him?

  let's face the facts about getting ready for a meeting to worship.

  it takes up at least 15-20 minutes for a guy to get the 'dub look' on and maybe more for the girls.

  do you think god really cares about how we look on the outside or is he more interested in what's on the inside?
