I had the same feeling when I walked out of my last meeting. It was a circuit assembly. Total happiness. It was a absolute beautiful day, the sun was shining and I had a huge smile on my face. I left and went to visit my mother. I never went back and I've never been happier. My family doesn't have much to do with me but that's their loss. My girlfriend says that it takes great courage to leave a religion you were raised in and lose all your friends. She's right but I don't miss any of those so called friends. I now have true friend that don't care what religion I am or if I even believe in God. They love me for who I am.

Same here. I absolutely love Christmas. Even though I don't really believe in God anymore I love this time of year. Everyone is happy and I love giving gifts. I really put allot of thought into what gift to give and try my best to make sure it's a personal gift.
I was recently in Santa Claus, IN. Cool little town with an awesome Christmas Shoppe.

I teach karate twice a week. And when I say teach I don't just stand in front of the class and bark out instructions. I actually do everything I ask the students to do.
I also do 30 minutes on an elliptical or bike and lift weights before karate class.
I'm getting ready to buy and elliptical for the house and a stationary trainer for the mountain bike.
Hopefully that will get me through the winter and ready for spring.

Top 10 signs you are a Fundamentalist Christian. Not my top 10 though.
by worldtraveller intop ten signs you're a fundamentalist christian .
10 - you vigorously deny the existence of thousands of gods claimed by other religions, but feel outraged when someone denies the existence of yours.
9 - you feel insulted and "dehumanized" when scientists say that people evolved from other life forms, but you have no problem with the biblical claim that we were created from dirt.

"I attend the Coraopolis, PA assembly hall. They've recently remodeled the inside. They tore out the beautiful stone fireplace. Now the inside of the building looks like a cookie cutter version of all that is built by the JW's. There's an assembly this weekend and I think next weekend, if you want to check out the remodel job."
Oh man, that fireplace was awesome. I loved sitting around it and talking to friends at lunch. Especially in the winter when they had a fire burning in it. Leave it to the borg to take any kind of character out of the hall.
I've seen some pics my sister sent of the remodel. Still sucks about the fireplace.

What Did You Expect to Do During the 1,000 Years?
by Ding infor those who were jws, what did you expect to do during the 1,000 year reign?.
since only loyal jws would survive armageddon, it seemed to me that field service and tms would be eliminated.. so what did you expect to do with your time, besides getting rid of the dead bodies and petting lions?.

Explore the universe. I figured since we were going to live forever and would be perfect, we would be able to build starships and explore the universe. Just like on Star Trek.
I still plan on doing that, just not in this body.

One older sister was commenting on how people do things differently with the same resutles.
She gave the example of how some women have large breast and some have small. But they both produce the same amount of milk.
