  Big changes coming to the WTS. very soon, are you ready ?

  well it looks like i'm going to have to make some big changes in new york on saturday, there's going to be some butt kicking, i better wear my army boots.

  birthdays are coming back, christmas is coming back, every known holiday known to man is coming back, just for starts.

  then i'm going to bring back mini skirts and all enticing and provocative clothing for woman,........ yes lots of cleavage.

  my name is dawn and i'm a ex-jw, who has been out since l976.

  i live in michigan, was born and raised here but also spent about 3 years in austin, texas (1 of them as a witness - the other two running amouk having fun).

  i just spent the last 2 1/2 hours on the phone with my dear old buddy, dave, (seven006) whom i've heard some of you know.

  hi again, sorry i haven't been able to get to the computer for days now as i am so tired when i get home from the hospital.

  yesterday i was just so out of things i had to take a break mentally and emotionally.. it is terrible seeing marco everyday being sick and deteriating.

  on sunday after church i went to the hospital and just got there in time to speak to the cadiologist.

  That is good news about the kidneys, but I can appreciate your concern about home care.

  I know that hospitals want patients out of there quickly (due to insurance). Perhaps it will be only a very temporary situation until there is a place for him in a care facility? I hope that is the case.

  I send my love and wish you peace. Please keep us updated as you have a lot on your plate to handle.

  Good evening CoCo.....

  There are so many times someone has been kind to me that it has impressed on me that the majority of human beings are kind people. We all have our own personalities, but that is good. Basically people like to do for others.

  Gosh........I will give you one example for there are so many.

  My one girlfriend with whom I worked w/at an animal rehab center is an especially kind person. We worked together as a team at the center. She would ALWAYS volunteer to do some of the cruddiest and heavy work because she knew I was limited due to arthritis. She would insist. She has always sent me her beautiful handcrafted cards for different occassions; I have kept all of them through the years.

  Unlike what the WT organization would have you believe, "worldly" people are for the most part kind and generous. I have never experienced someone being kind to me while looking for something in return.

  ..A new Creature in the Mountains..

  i`ve lived in the b.c.

  mountains most of my life..i`ve encountered a diverse range of wildlife..even one that is`nt supposed to exsist,except in legends and fairy tales.....i live in a different mountain range now,than i have in the past..it`s either the north pole or a desert,depending on the time of year..the snow is near all gone and the desert is reclaiming the mountains.....i went to the general store for some supplys..a friggin 1hour round trip..i`m on my way home now..i get off the public road and start my way up,higher into the mountains..as i get closer to the ranch..i see something cross the old wagon trail road,but i can`t make out what it is..it looks strange though,i haven`t seen anything that shape up here..i slowly turn the corner so i don`t scare whatever it is.....it`s a bunch of wild turkeys!..lol!

  !..the females were a grey colour..the male was beautifull,with deep rich colours..he had a big fan of tail feathers just like a peacock..i mean this turkey was "pimped out!!

  ADVICE PLEASE. No lit for ex-JW - I have to put an ultimatum to my wife.

  if it is true that it has been announced that ex-jw`s are not to get the study watchtowers, then i must put an ultimatum to my wife.

  i look through the wt's at the moment to gauge any radical teachings that i may need to counter with my 2 kids.

  if my wife rewfuses to give me the 'secret' wt's then im afraid that it is the end of her taking them to the meetings.

  Most definitely you have the right, as you're the childrens' father, to know what they are being taught. AND she should respect this as according to WT theology - YOU ARE THE HEAD OF THE HOUSE.

  What is going on with all of this secretive stuff? Or is it just their game playing at work?
