Exercise Check-In Log
by White Dove inafter loubelle's exercise thread, i thought it would be a fun idea to keep a log here and check in with everyone.. i walked 30 minutes yesterday plus after walked to the police station and the witch store about 3 miles away from the y.. food: .
breakfast: 2 pieces of toast: one with pb and the other with honey, coffee.
lunch: hardboiled egg, ham, cheese stick.

Good inspirational thread.
Whilst I do need to lose weight, looking after my physical health is good for my mental health too. So since I can't sleep more than 3 horus anymore I got up at 4 am and went out walking with weights for an hour, home for a berry and natural yoghurt smoothie and then 30 minutes pilates before poached egg on seeded wholegrain bread. And I'm in a pretty good mood, so it must be working!

Sometimes that's what our past experiences are for, as well as just looking around us and seeing how lucky and fortunate we are in the ones we have that love us and we love back - a veritable opulence in fact and people who love us for who we are and not some fabricated version of love which is completely conditional on false sets of principles about who we should be and should not be to be approved. Any affection is removed if we don't conform.
Reflecting on that is truly enriching, whilst sad when we see what others sacrificed and missed out in terms of just some real human warmth and exchange. There was a sister in my congo, an older one who I ws placed with regularly to work with on service shortly after reinstatement number 1. She has very little financially and had never married either - just dedicated all her life to the ministry and pioneering. I think she has passed on now, but I always felt so sorry for being so lonely all tha time, because apart from some bible studies, who did she have?
Really well written, as always, with such a lot of heart and empathy and an ability to learn from some one else who was kind and deserved more out of life thn he received.

I really wanted to in English Literature - but apart from teaching I didn't see how it could enhance my employment prospects so I'm doing Criminology and Pschyology instead, but not to sy I wouldnt do it when I'm older just for the love of the subject.

Witnesses on the train
by Simon inthey are having their dc here in calgary at the pengrowth saddledome so this morning the lrt train was full of them.. what a spectacle.. guys in ill-filling suits (on a roasting hot day) and 22 year old women dressed like they are 42, all with their silly name badges and yapping on loudly (much louder than anyone else ever talks to each other on the train - i guess they have to be conspicuous eh?).
little did they know that sat just feet away from them was an evil apostate ... ooooh.

Your description of what your son is doing made tears spring to my eyes. He is a treasure! It must be very hard for him too.
The only consolation is that I left when I was 16 too, I didn't go back until I was nearly 18. Nothing too awful happened to me, mostly the world was a much safer place than I had been led to believe. Yes I dabbled with drugs but pretty much I seemed to draw good caring people towards me who kept the bad ones away. Hopefully your girl has this same thing to protect her and once she is tired of it all she will come home or at least call you.
