the WTS has spread stories about demons.
Avoid telling stories about the demons. In this regard, we want to imitate the example set by
Jesus. (1 Pet. 2:21) Before he came to earth, Jesus lived in heaven, and he knew
a lot about Satan and the demons. But he did not relate stories about what
those wicked spirits had done. Jesus wanted to be a witness of Jehovah, not a
publicity agent for Satan. We can imitate Jesus by not spreading stories about
the demons”

Jehovah's Witnesses are
discouraged from yoga, being told that it opens a person to demon attacks and
is a form of Hindu worship.

the most common ways demons both ensnare and harass persons is by
"voices." The invisible voices pretend to be departed relatives or
good spirits, spirits sent from God. But this is falsehood, deception! No
matter what the "voices" claim to be, they are wicked spirits
Jehovah's Witnesses may warn their prospective convert that
once they begin regular Bible studies with the Witnesses demons may attack
them. When any negative event follows, such as a family member warning them to
beware of the JW's, this is interpretted as demonic attack and confirmation of
the validity of the JW's message

The daughter was a very sick woman who suffered as many as
thirty attacks of epilepsy each
week and had spent all her savings on trying to find a remedy, but with no
success. The alert publisher carefully explained the source of these
problems, using many texts and illustrations to show that they were under
attack of the demons.

Satan and his demons continue to afflict
people in various ways, as they did in Bible times. Some who are now
genuine Christians were at one time involved with the occult; they can testify
to the horrors of demon attacks.

expected to manifest an unbalanced mental state.
Then there is the young woman who experimented with a Ouija
board and developed an obsession with the past. She believed she was in love
with a man who had died 300 years earlier. She kept trying to make contact with
him. Her mania finally led her to commit suicide by laying down on a railway
track. Police investigating the case found diaries indicating she wanted to die
so as to join her beloved.
Even if you have not
practiced spiritism, get rid of anything having spiritistic uses or overtones.
This includes books, magazines, videos, posters, musical recordings, and objects used for
spiritistic purposes.
