  I am EXHAUSTED!!

  i have been back and forth back and forth all day with two jws (although one says she is disfellowshipped-makes no sense)...on the board dedicated to prince.

  i feel as if i've been boxing.

  but no matter...others read it and that's what's important.

  From the posts I read from one of them the Watchtower deserves her and she deserves the Watchtower.

  I usually don't bother trying to discuss any topic that requires logic with people like her.

  Has anybody had JWs call on your home lately?

  i did today.

  the woman brought a small brochure inviting me to the district convention here in gwinnett county, georgia on july 5, 6, and 7th.

  the surprising thing to me is that the jws have modernized a little bit.

  from the time they employed me they have paid me late, without explanation.

  i have been miserable coming in here.

  i purchased a condo late last year and due to my personal schedule, i wasn't able to redo it to my preferance until a few months ago.

  all the heavy work is done.

  now just replacing electrical outlets, fixtures and such.

  Are there people who have returned

  considering all the consequences of leaving the organization (especially the loss of family), some who have already known ttat have decided to return and continue with the flow just to keep their families and friend.. my question is if anyone here had tried it and how they have been managing living a lie constantly day-after-day?, as i am seriously considering returnning back to the full routine..

  Can anyone explain this reasoning?

  when a jw goes from door to door on a daily basis, they are called pioneers and it is a good thing.. it is an act of love when they share their knowledge with householders.. .

  however, if that pioneer learns more about the watchtower society's beliefs when compared with the bible and tries to share that knowledge with current members he is attacking his brothers and sisters and is mentally diseased.. when he shares his knowledge about the watchtower society's involvement with the un and other political entities with the brothers and sisters it is called an act of hate.. in both instances, we have similar actions and motivations but the watchtower society comes to completely different conclusions.. does it have anything to do with control or is it related to something else?.

  the only reason i am posting this is because i know many of you are going or will be going through something similar and wonder if it is worth it.

  i personally feel that it is worth it regardless of what i lose.

  "do you really believe the things you expressed? Do you not realize that Jehovah's spirit is working with this organization? How else can almost 8 million people have become worshipers of Jehovah in such a short time if not directed by Jehovah's spirit. What other religious organization has grown to the extent that J.W.'s have. Who else is following "The Way" as Jesus instructed? What other religious group is carrying out and fulfilling Matthew 24:14 & 28:19,20? None!!!"
