Jesus......was He Born on Earth or in Heaven?

revelation is an odd book even to believing christians.

nowhere in the book is jesus earthly life discussed.

not the sacraments, miracles, his earthly existance, his birth.......nothing.. this book is an obvious hatred for the roman dictators written by a disgruntled jew/jews that wrote in a fantasy world concerning roman destruction by the hand of a fictitious jewish messiah who never showed.. the christ of revelation is actually born in heaven, and under pretty extraordinary circumstances (his mother is clothed in the sun, with the moon at her feet, wearing twelve stars as a crown a reasonable description of isis).

When the Messiah tells you how easy and quick it is to fix this planet you must be willing to take the blinders off and listen to simplicity and vast experience.

Will Jesus suspend all natural laws to keep disaster from harming humans?- earthquakes- a natural process of plate movements- due to planetary cooling. Ice ages?- due to cyclical decreases in solar output. Massive destruction from a comet or asteroid impact?- happens every 100,000 years or so. Polar magnetic field reversal?- causes death from cosmic rays- happens every 100-500,000 years - it has already started to weaken. Hurricanes/typhoons? Again, natural phenomenons . These are just a few of the disaster/extinction events on our horizon. Do you think Jesus is going to mess with the laws of the universe? Could the the religionists be the ones who have blinders on?- waiting for Jesus to make things right for mankind, waiting and waiting.

meanwhile, in the very same magazine, we get 2 study articles containing the following:.

Have you ever seen an article warning JW's about the angers of cults? Anything negative about Mormons or Scientologists? I stopped reading the WT in 1989- I could have missed it, but the writing dept. seems to leave any organization alone who has deep pockets and could sue them for any negative remarks. So they just pick on generic soft targets.

PMJ- Jesus was a Jew. If you want to know about the G-d of Jesus , go to a Synangogue and study with a Rabbi like I did. You might learn that what the Jews believe and teach is not the same as what your WT tells you. Since no JW ever bothers to check out the WT for accuracy , the Governing Body can continue to fool the JW membership. I think you are desprately trying to prove your JW doctrines to be true, but you will not succeed. The only thing that is true ,is their 100% successful record of never having any prediction ,teaching come true- 1914, 1925,1975- failed predictions, Beth Sarim- return of ancients to be Princes- failed to happen,the king of the north- Russia-UN teachings- now forgetten, the physical heart is the seat of emotion- not the brain -forgottee vaccinations teaching- disproven-forgotten,I could go on and on. Open your eyes or leave.

Could you tell me how the WTS is like, Catholics, Mormons, etc....?

could you tell me in what ways the wts is much like those that they believe are wrong?

(example: mormons believe jesus is an angel; wt belive jesus is michael the archangel.

) i'm interested in seeing comparisons to catholic, mormon, moonies, etc...whatever.

hmm- I used to do those mental comparisons. Which version of Christianity and Jesus believers has gotten it right. Who is a cult and who is not. Now it comes down to this for me: Jesus is dead- he's not coming back- get over it. To each his own.

How will it be after the WTBTS will have fallen ?

i sometimes imagine that the wt is destroyed (mental masturbation yeah) and all the people left without hope, sanity and joy.

this will be terrible in itself, if the wt falls suddently i fear a mass suicide.i recall myself thinking that id would rather die that not be in "the truth".

it will be a terrible shock for everybody.

ha,ha- Jesus was looking for help in the soup kitchens, orphanages, and homeless shelters for his lost and suffering sheep. He looked high and low- he found, Baptists, Catholics, Pentacostals,Jews, athestis and agnostics . But nowhere to be found were Jehovah's Witnesses. "What are they thinking" ,thought Jesus- "the poor can't eat a Watchtower magazine".

And now we know who will be the ones weeping and knashing their their teeth on Judgement day.

This strikes me as a rather unusual curse. First of all, the snake has been cursed above the cattle, you know – the zany ones. Why are cattle cursed?

Why? Have you ever been to McDonalds? It's hamburgers they sell- the snake gets off easy- the mouth-watering serpent burger just never caught on with Ronald McDonald.

What Bethelites Are Saying About The Layoffs

Layoffs?

I find that funny. It's due to the greying of Bethel. The same reasoning applies in prison. When the inmates get old and start to have health issues , THAT is when they get their parole- save the prison from paying for expensive health care. I'll bet some CPA bean counter has shown the WT Corp a projected medical care expense chart for the aging Bethel staff. Solution: cut staff and send them home! A bunch of heartless buggers they are--at least the layed off Bethel staff have a chance at getting real freedom now. peace, Moshe

a lot of people are worrying about these uprisings, riots and violence being done----it seems everywhere.

i've read how some feel that europe does not have the ability as a union to fight against this.

is this like it was in germany prior to ww!!

When you see the stock market take a big dive, then it's time to head for your shelters. The money people will get first notice of a coming attack- and who has a lot of money in stocks- MUSLIM OIL-RICH countries. Watch the stock market.

Will the GB start to crack soon?

we have seen what happens to staunch jw's who hang out here.

in a year or less they are questioning their beliefs and trying to figure a way out without losing everything.

could this not happen with some of our gb members and members of the wt corporation?

right Severus: His point was that the "inner circle" was so insular and so self-protected that it was possible to maintain constant self-delusion.

But would the same thing happen today?- broadcast-cable TV,Internet, cell phones, satellite TV-Radio- all this makes it hard to stay isolated. It might take only two independent thinkers to start the crack or a good lawsuit- "hey man they made me do it"
