BD are you my long lost brother? I love those Cadbury eggs and the mini eggs with the hard shell and talk about white chocolate that is my favorite..................we are having worldly inlaws over for Easter dinner and I bought a chocolate bunny for everyones plate and jelly belly jelly bean. This is a first for me but I must admit I'm looking forward to it.

Is the Society's message to JW's getting stronger?
by truthseeker induring a dinner conversation with a loyal jw, he mentioned that the society seems to be making stronger statements to jw's.
he mentioned the "keep on the watch" brochure, and how it seemed to be for jw's as well as the public.
he acknowledged the "personal questions" the society were asking us, in the brochure - how pointed and direct they are, even asking you to rank your physical and spiritual activities on a scale of 1 to 10. .

What we have to keep in mind is the Society is being run by lawyers. The FDS is so out of touch with the real world that they would have had their pants sued off them by now if not for the holy lawyers of the almighty tower. So with that in mind it is just a matter of time before the whole house of cards falls eventually and as Reverlations says" we will all look in amaziment" It is not a faith anymore it is a buisness were the rich get richer and the poor stay poor all under the guise of love of God.

So sad I had to tell my study NO ORAL SEX ! She said are you kidding how will they know if we do it? I was a bad teacher because We don't practice what we teach and God still loves us.. Now I say KEEP THE WATCHTOWER OUR OF YOUR BEDROOM THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS TELLING YOU WHAT YOU CAN, AND CAN NOT DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will tell you they are not prejudice, oh but they are-----toward other religions and toward those evil worldly people. In time of crisis only JW get help first then maybe we can help a worldly person. I say Jesus would help all anytime........................they need to follow his lead but they follow FDS lead no love.

Hey Sweetie, just keep moving forward no matter how low you feel. There is no magic cure for what we have all expierinced in our leaving the organization. It is as if we are experincing grieve of some sort...everyone we know in the JW treats us differently it is hard and at times it seems easier to go back but that is impossible once the veil is lifted and we see the real truth........just be strong honey, I feel like you feel and we can get through it together..............I have no joy of heart, no peace of mind but I have to keep moving forward of course a little medications helps...........love ya

Breaking ties with toxic people....

i used to live in chicago and i moved back to my home town just to be near my sisters.
my husband had to search high and low for his line of work in this town and loved me enough to move back when he saw how sad i was without them.

Family is the most important thing and that is why it hurts so much. I realized I was the glue to our family but now after backing off from the religion my whole family is at odds it is so difficult to see this happening ones you back away.......................I do realize there are toxic people in every family and learning to deal with them is very difficult. I do agree self help books help with coping and good friends to talk to help too.
