When workmates ask about my mom or family......all bets are off. I tell them all about the JW religion. The more I tell, the more they ask. One time I was on channel 7 here in Boston doing an interview on cults and some of my workmates saw me. I had a field day at work answering many questions from those who asked. It definately was very theraputic.

i find that when i tell a person exactly how witnesses think and why they believe in things the certain way they do, it feels good!
listening to myself express the craziness of the religion makes me abhor their practices and mind control.

I took a risk !!!

well it came out too dark.

When my wife came home for work she didn't recognize me and said " where's Apostinator?" Well today I decided to fix the problem and went out and got a crew cut! Once again she'll be looking for Apostinator when she gets home from work.

Our dog died. :(
by Mulan inour 15 year old dog died this afternoon..............with assistance from a veterinarian friend of rachel's (princess).
she was old, sick, and with multiple health issues.
it was a really hard decision, but the vet really helped ease my mind, by assuring me it was time.

I'm sorry for your loss. 15 yrs is a long time for a dog to live. It's hard to make that decision when your pet is suffering with multiple health issues. I've got to say...dogs are the ultimate in unconditional love.

News about my new Mini Cooper :D
by Elsewhere ini know... some of you must be getting tired of my talking about my new car... but this is my first *new* car and i'm all excited about it.
today i looked at the owners lounge website that lets me see the progress of my car and the status has changed from on order to scheduled for production!
this means that the car should start being assembled around oct. 31.. the car sould be delivered in december... it'll be my personal christmas present to myself..

Email I received off mum
by Es inhey all, i usually pop into my folks once a week so that my son can see his grandparents.
anyway last week my dad asked if i wanted to go to a country show\fete with them on sat , so anyway a couple of days later i emailed my mum to see whether my fiance (non jw) could come too.. this is the email i received today.
as you are going to be busy over the next few weeks, we dont want to put added pressure on you, dont feel you have to come to the show.plus we have already explained the situation regarding mike we dont have anything against him personally, but the situation is difficult for us regards associating with him as your fiance because it would be viewed as our supporting your decision to marry out of the truth.

ES, I'm sorry to hear that. Witnesses can be so hard core even if they are family members. I've been going through similar crap from my qwn family and I've just about had it with them. I have been preparing a good honest letter for them for a while and will mail it soon. Unfortunately you can't reason with them. Just make sure you take care of you and yours.
