I mentioned to my dad about this subject and his response was similar to others. He says that its in the DNA. Its sin on a genetic level and passed on generation to generation. He adds that even doctors know that our bodies are built to live forever and are still baffled to why we grow old. The comment about sin being brought by man and therefore we all have sinned..from romans i think... Just doesn't make sense to me. The ablitity to sin i can see..but not in us genetically. Where in the bible does it say that Jehovah manipulated our genes to have the sin gene in us now?

To Catch a Predator
by pratt1 ini am sure that everyone has heard of the dateline eposides of "to catch a predator".. it's pretty disturbing to see so many men who appear to be normal, are caught trying to solicit a sexual relationship with a minor.. i have 2 questions for you posters.. 1. do you consider the tactics of the dateline show entrapment?.
2. since several caught are from cultures that allow and often encourage adult men to marry much younger teenaged girls, should these men be charged with lesser charges?.
3. in you go back 50 years in you own family's history, where there marriage unions between an adult male and a teen aged girl?.

Another reason it is not entrapment is because they don't go online and search the bad men out. The perverted men search them out and initiate the nasty conversation on their own.

Last night I got my invitation to attend the Memorial. Anyone else?
by Rayvin inlast night around 6 pm my door bell rang and it was a witness handing out nicely done invites to the neighborhood.
my dad still hasn't been notified about it yet.
he is only aware of it through another person just mentioning it.

He is only aware of it through another person just mentioning it. I so want to go and partake just to see what comes of it. I am sure my husband will talk me out of it though. I remember the guilt of even thinking of not going to a memorial because of all days that is the day you SHOULDN'T MISS. Was there discussion of if you miss it you are looked down upon by God? Is it because the bible says we MUST do this?

20 Weeks Smoke Free

yesterday was my 20th week anniversary on the day that i quit smoking!
it feels so good to be smoke free, my wife is happier and so is my bank account, lol!.

My husband started using Chantix at the first of January and is to this day smoke free. He says its a magic pill. I am so enjoying being able to kiss him - like really make out with him and breath while kissing him.
