in my case, it was always the length of the meetings that bothered me.. no matter what meeting it is, you have to get there prepared, and that means lots of time reading the darn literature.. another thing that would irritate me, is all the magazines that come in faster than i can read.. i'll let you guys add to this list.. .

actually i get shunned just about every day at work.
there are at least three or four witnesses that work with me and know me, but they shun me everyday( one of them saw me on this site lol) well i am sick of it, so starting today i am going to speak very loudly to them in front of people.
i wonder what they'll do....any suggestions of what to say, just quick lines because they tend to walk away as quickly as possible
If they are discriminating against you or using hate speech based on your religious affiliation you will have an interesting opportunity to take down some Dubz.
Your employer is responsible for ELIMINATING religious discrimination in the work place. If they can´t or won´t you have the opportunity to seek redress in federal court.

One of the sisters, a women whose hubby is "out-of-town" (Dub speak for a run-away) has two daughters in the local HS. She quit her job to be the Lunch Lady to keep watch over them.
Guess they were going to have group-sex and take heroin in those hours they spent out of her sight. Now they are under watch 24/7.

Apfergus described one of the crueler aspects of the cult. Most congos run 60-80 people plus or minus which means the odds of a kid finding someone their age to hang with are almost nil. Figure most High Schools have maybe 1500 kids and the really weird ones, like Dubz, can't find a single friend. Means they are farked when the population including old people etc. is only 80 people.
If the Elder Body happens to be particularly inventive, they are stuck with those same values until they move or DA

There are tons of fotos of the daughters in the house and their Mom enjoys passing them around as best she can. She is only in her forties or so. I have to guess that she would like to see her daughters but can't buck the system now so close to the end.
The whole shunning thing seems to be enforced by the spiritually strong, annointed husband who has less chance of entering paradise than either Bill Gates or a camel if you ask me.
I try not to judge but the guy already threw away his daughters and now his wife for his shot at being a Prince. Sad because there are two Sisters in the congo whose job is to make sure at least one Sister is assigned to be with his wife at all times because she is doesn't want to die alone and has said so many times. They are also tasked to clean, cook and do whatever else is necessary to keep the husband from having to cut back in the ministry. If a Sister says "No" then she is either marked or beaten with guilt, something like "why don't you want to help the poor lady who is dying?"
I'm dying to hear one mention that it's her husband, the spiritually strong one, who doesn't want to help.

The PO at my congo is said to very strong spiritually.
He has four daughters all DF´ed
His wife is in the final stages of terminal cancer and rather than stay with her as long as he can, he volunteers for additional Dub crap. The sisters are on rotating shifts to take care of his wife, clean his house, fix the meals, do the shopping etc.
Of course because he is a ¨good¨ Dub, his daughter are not allowed to see their Mom so basically STRANGERS are taking care of her in her last days because the guy is such an ass.
