Things that Annoy Me in Grocery Stores - How About You ?
by flipper ini do a lot of the grocery shopping for my wife and myself as we live out in the mountains and i stop on the way home from working early morning hours.

I don't let much annoy me at grocery stores... for the most part that's the one place I always seem to be in a very good mood, perhaps because I'm always reminded by how fortunate I am to be able to buy enough food for my family (it's not always been like that). But there was this one time that a woman walked up in front of us, and asked the man in line in front of us, "do you mind if I go ahead of you? I only have this" - she said, pointing to one thing in her hand. Now, I've let people go ahead of me before, but have you ever heard of someone asking you if they could go ahead of you? And she didn't ask it all nice and sweet, but more like it was some kind of entitlement. The man said ok... I just wish I could have been the man and said no and just stared at her. He only had like three things anyway!! Farking bitch!!

Two Gilead Instructors let go!
by Bethelite Elder inwithin recent time, two gilead instructors were sent out of paterson.
these men both were experienced and trained well, in fact they were the main instructors.
they each had double digit years of instructing experience.

Seeing as how these men would certainly be GB "helpers" or well-known longtimers, I find it odd the OP didn't include any names.

P90X!!!!!!
by daniel-p ingonna start it again for the summer.
nutrition plan and everything.
i was introduced to it by seeker (who i don't see much around anymore), after he gave it a glowing recommendation.

Ok, this will sound a bit corny, but p90x is an "extreme home fitness program." You might have seen their ads on TV. I was very skeptical at first, but with a big recommendation from Seeker, I looked into it. Come to find out, there are no gimmicks, just an awesome all-inclusive fitness program that will kick your ass.
The program is split up into phases, and each phase covers a few weeks or a month or so. Every day of the week you do a different workout, most an hour long each, from weight-training to cardio to yoga to kickboxing to pilates-style stuff, and more. It incorporates muscle confusion, so your body doesn't get used to the workouts. The full version is 90 days. There's only one day a week with a break, and that may still include some kind of low-impact stretching routine or whatever.
The program includes a nutrition plan. I was very skeptical about the nutrition plan, but it's actually an awesome plan with great recipes. If you follow the recipes and meal plans exaclty, you'll eat like a king. It just takes a lot of time to prepare all the meals every single day, so we'll often just use a simplified meal plan based on portions of carbs, proteins, fats, etc. The Nutrition Plan recipe booklet has actually become part of our regular cooking library; it has great recipes even if you're not looking for an ultra-healthy option.
Anyway, if any of you are interested in losing weight and you already have a degree of fitness, I'd highly recommend this.

This is good coverage because many JWs convince themselves that bloodless medicine is just as safe. This shows that no, if you need blood badly there is no substitute.

District Convention Friday pm talk - “Answers to Questions About the Last Days”
by yadda yadda 2 indoes anyone have a report on the content of this talk please?
any "new light"?.
-
daniel-p
Other talks are in outline form, but there are higher-ups who follow along offstage to ensure little deviation from orthodoxy is given. The ones giving the talks generally look upon it as an extraordinary privilege to to be up there giving the talk, so to ensure they continue to get such privileges, will stick to what is kosher.
If someone ever deviated too much from what is expected, he'd get utterly reamed the moment he got offstage, and would never have a privilege higher than broom-pusher at any convention ever again.
While attending at an International Convention, I commuted with the brother whose job it was to follow along on the outline to check for deviations from the script. Every deviation, no matter how small, was noted. In the event that the speaker deviated substantively and started injecting apostate ideas, this brother's job was to go down to the platform with two other attendants to remove the speaker and finish the talk himself.

Got stopped by the Mormons today, very annoyed
by callitquits76 inhi.. i got caught offguard by the mormons today whilst out walking my dogs.
there were two of them and one called out to me and mentioned something about talking to other people about christ, so i immediately told them i did not agree with them at all and didn't trust any group who suggest theyy are 'the one'.. i spoke for around 20 minutes because i didnt want them to think i was running away through lack of education, and i went over things like how much you can trust joseph smith since he was a raving mason etc and how i thought it was a religion by men for men, but this mormon guy was really smug and basically just answered with a smug nod of his head and replied 'we've prayed to god and he's told us the way to live is the mormon church'.
this was really a cop out and he couldn't answer much, particularly concerning the need for the book of mormon and he knew very little scripture indeed.. the other mormon seemed much nicer and was from germany - a lot more respectful.. but what really got me annoyed was my inability to argue decent points and found myself nodding along trying desperately to think of a counter argument but none came.

You should bring up the fact that Mormons believe the USA is God's chosen nation. That makes Mormons from other countries very uncomfortable.
Or ask them about Native Americans or people with dark skin.
