  Amazing Survived Major Heart Attack

  i just spoke on the phone to amazing (jim whitney) who is in intensive care in a chicago hospital.

  on monday he had a major heart attack, had a stint put in an artery to unblock things and may have bypass surgery.

  he's comfortable enough right now, but of course will have to make some big lifestyle changes.

  "Worldly" view of Dateline

  all of the non-jw's that i know were shocked to hear that the jw's consider worldly people to be part of satan's world.

  most non-jw's only know that the jw's are holy rollers who go door to door trying to convert.

  they really don't know much more about them and to learn this was a bit of an education.. devon

  yes, i noticed all the support the rapist was getting from the cong too!
  they even went to court with him.
  meanwhile they shunned the rape victim.

  and how about the advise bill bowen got on the phone from the head quarters legal dept........."if he says he didn't do it, just drop the matter, don't get yourself in a jam"!!!!!!!...OMG!!!!!
  gosh!!!!........that's not much of an investigation!!!!!!!

  gee jw pedophiles!!!!, do you hear that????????.....all you gotta do to get away with it is say "you didn't do it, and the matter will be dropped by the elders!

  Vi's Essay......

  hi everyone.. as i think about all the conversations and laughs i've had here over the last six months, it makes me smile.

  there are some very genuine, loving people here and i wish you all a wonderful future no matter what you choose to do.. although i have had some terrible experiences with the witnesses, i can't ignore what i feel.

  i love jehovah and if i have to associate with the wtbts so be it!

  hi violet, if you don't like arguing, how come you want to worship god through an organization that goes door to door arguing?.....do you find it easier to argue with people at the door, ones who don't know how to refute jw propaganda?
  you say you love jehovah? and that's why you must leave?
  that's funny, i thought if you loved jehovah you would do what jesus did, talk to everyone, and keep friendships going.

  remember now violet, the pharisees claimed they had "the truth" too!
  but their fruit proved that they didn't have god's spirit.
  why do you want to hang out in an organization that doesn't have god's spirit?

  HERE'S WHAT JW ELDERS DO TO LITTLE GIRLS

  they question her, in private, all alone with her.... then the questioning keeps breaking down the little girl, so she crys, and they watch, making her describe every detail of the sex act......while she crys..... they want more exact details of where here tounge was............. while she crys....... then they go to a room for 5 min and come back and tell her she doesn't have 2 witnesses, and that she should just keep quite about the matter.. and if she says anything about the matter at all, she will be punished........."then"... she has to go "home" and face "daddy" the "petophile"...... daddy is kind of mad.... do you get the picture yet????????????????????????????????????.

  meanwhile daddy is asked to give a part on the assembly.. and little girl has learned to not tell-on daddy........ever again, or she might "die".

  whew!!!!!.......that's the kind of comments that little girls get asked by elders, after they have been molested.

  do you think sabine and her husband mac don't know why their daughter, a pioneer, commited suicide?...........she left a suicide note explaining why...........and the elders involved did not accept responsibility.
  then sabine an mac were "marked".....for speaking out about it!

  amac, yes..... i'm sorry, but i do find most jw elders are ultimately only interested in the approval of the headquarters........the ones that have compassion and justice and backbone, and good character, leave the organization...

  i would tend to agree.......not just a pedophile paridise though,.

  a paridise for corruption.. because jw judicial committe meetings aren't always about justice..........they are more about "who the accusation is against".. i know first hand,......you can't go around accusing elders of wrong doing........you loose, and then are labled a slanderer.....and then they spread rumors about you......or give you a public repoof ...till you get tired of being there, and you leave.
