if adam was 130 when seth was born, then we know that eve was not 130 at that time.

A turning point for me
by dinah inall the newbies are making me go back and re-visit this ton of bricks that fell on my head.
it's alway good to go back and visit where you've been to help you know where you are going.. let me tell you about something i can still remember as though is was yesterday.. it was my 34rd birthday.
i had a few drinks and had to use the "facilities".

ex elders did your concience ever bother you?
by looloo inwhen you had to disfellowship people did it upset you , did you ever feel hypocritical and too judgemental?

When I was an elder I do not remember any cases that were not open and shut where we df'd the person. If it was'nt conclusive then I always opted for mercy, and wait and see attitude. I have sat on many jc's as the PO. Everyone was shocked when I left. That was 28 years ago and we are still the talk of the town as a fading JW recently told me.

What do you think about Demons now?

as many of you know, i'm still inside the borg, but my mind is completely disconnected.
i had a chat with some friends during the week, and they started sharing experiences they had, dealing with demons in the past.. i heard some stories from brothers from cuba, that used to be mediums or "saints", and how the demons "immediately started to attack them when they started learning the truth(tm)".

i was raised a jw, got baptized at 13, became a regular pioneering right out of high school, i was used extensively at the hall and on assemblies, came from a nice jw background.
