  alright.

  as hard as it may be to pick, what is your favorite david bowie song?.

  as much as i worship the man and as much as i love his song-writing, my favorite track and/or performance of his is an old and oft performed tune (performed by such greats as johnny mathis and nina simone, in fact...).

  ELDER FINALLY VISITED MY DAD.....

  well, over two weeks after my father nearly died thanks to this bone-head cult, he and mom finally got a visit from one of the elders.

  i had left work early the other day as my mom had asked me to pick a few things up for them.

  so i pull up in their driveway and notice a few people in a car and figured it was the witlesses and sure enough it was.

  Purps In My Life would definitely be at the top of my list.

  I really like the early raw stuff, like Another Girl, The Night Before, I Should've Known Better, etc.

  I love this one, here performed at the Indiana State fair.

  Due to this crap I've missed a few "worldly" wedding ceremonies in the past, sometimes standing outside the church like a pious spare part. What was I thinking?

  Good article Nvr. I've never perceived atheists as "not believing in anything"; in fact their beliefs are often more coherent, indeed purer since they've usually come from within, rather than learnt from rigid external doctrine. This self awareness can I suppose be described as atheistic spirituality. At least that's what I believe.

  Big Willy I can relate to your friend's experience. I, along with some friends once enjoyed the MMs while listening to Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds. It was scary but the "listening" experience was also extraordinary.

  CoCo yes that does make sense, although I've never read such things into Let the Sunshine. Wonderful track.

  Ninja, Black lace are scary, I don't know about that song,LOL.
