this thread is prompted by some comments on the "unbaptised publisher" thread which was going off-topic so here's the comments thus far:.

Is baptism necessary for salvation or eternal life? Why the bible teaches that there will be a ressurection of the ungodly on earth to be tested by satan at the end of the "thousand year period".
I believe faithful baptised Christians go to heaven while bad or ignorant of God's will; people are brought back to life on earth.

Like the book of Jesus child life. The bible clearly states Jesus performed his first miracle at the wedding. But this false book has him performing all kinds of miracles as a child which is a lie.

i mean i know the reasoning that the dead will be resurrected to perfection and will feel no more physical pain but what about the emotional pain?
Also note that the WT "resurrected" can die (again), in opposition to this text.The change of perspective which the WT doctrine implies (some people getting into the coming age through a resurrection, others without a resurrection -- yet not being "changed" as in 1 Thessalonians 4 / 1 Corinthians 15) makes the point on marriage ludicrous and psychologically painful to many a believer. Yet they cannot apply this text to "spiritual resurrection" because the situation discussed is pre-Pentecost.
Yes, this is what I was trying to say. The watchtower teaching is totally false. I use to believe if died before the end of the system things, I would never get married or have children.
It's so sad that they teach rightous persons will neither get married on earth or go to live with God in heaven.

Actually, Jesus was reffering to good persons who die and go to heaven. His reply was in answer to a question about a man assumed to be a worshipper of God. When jesus said that the person in the ressurection would be as angels. He meant that literaly. When faithful Christians die, they become spirit persons similar to the angels.
However, people who died without the knowledge of God will be able to get married once again in the new world.
Jehovah Witness's false interpretations of the Scriptures run more deeper than you know. I suggest dropping everything you ever learned from them and read the bible over from scratch without their preinterpretated teachings.

Russel didn't believe in organized religion and he didn't believe that the great crowd was an earthly group. The real founder of the WTBTS is Rutherford (misspelled his name).
If Russel was alive today, he would not have anything to do with Jehovah Witnesses.

you have to be able to laugh at yourself sometimes.... here is one of my most embarassing moments.. i was in 7th grade and also the new kid in school.
this happened during one of our first big test's, i think it was my english glass but i am not sure.. i had bad gas for some reason that day and had been holding it in instead of "dusting the crops" in the hallways (which is a great way to shed your gas without having to claim it).
i am sitting in class trying to concentrate on the test while holding in my deadly gas with all the strength my buttcheeks could muster.

Ok.. point taken.. but then...God isn't doing anything to help our problems at this time.. If he exists.. which clearly he doesn't,,(but that is just my viewpoint anyways) The most help people get from him is praying and then they feel better because they talked to someone or some enitity up there that might help them and so it is a placebo effect.. I pray.. I feel better.. He might help.... and yes humans do take others lives.. that is why I said humanity messes up the planet...but I feel better taking actual physical action for something if I can rather than just praying to some unknown( if existing) at all entity .. who is doing nothing to help anyways...
But God does help us. He helps us all the time. Its just too bad many humans do not realize this. Angels under his orders make goods things happen to people without them ever realizing it. Most of the time people will just credit themselves.
Only if people could see the role God played freeing America from England and giving the Allies victory over the Axis powers in World War 2.
God confuses our enemies. He puts thoughts in to the minds of other to do good unto us. He helps us find the truth.Have you ever had great idea pop inside your head all of the sudden? It's likely God gave you that idea. He helps us with decision making. These are how blessings come about.
