Parents smoked pot !

i called my uncle to try and talk them into it.
being since he isn't a witness.

Children at the meetings, how did you cope
by Mrs Smith inmy son was about 5 years old when we stopped going to the meetings.
the other day i asked him what he remembers about them (his now 14 years old).
he remembered the puzzles i bought him to play with during the meetings.. he remembered that i packed a sandwich and some juice for him to eat in case he got hungry.. when he got board i use to take him outside for a walk around the kh garden.

Annual Bethel Meeting

they said only 3 of the gb were there.
they felt the need to inform me of everything even though i was in a blur watching tv.

by indahsempurna indoes anyone else find it terrible that the society is charging interest for congregations to build kingdom halls????
why the hell are people putting money in the "special" box marked kingdom hall fund??
my boyfriend who already hates the witnesses found this absolutely horrible.

How many people leave the organization?

my mother told me that only 87,000 got baptized last year.
it seems to me that more would have left then that.

The FBI and the JW's
by kwr indoes anyone know anything about investigations of the jw's by the fbi or by other federal agencies?
i'm especially interested in any investigations by j. edgar hoover.
have there been any foia requests done of the fbi about investigations of the jw's or their leader(s)?
