  Feeling a bit sloppy but...love you all on here...

  just wanted to say...this place has been so good for me...i log on now every day and i find the people here are so kind and caring and funny...i really needed this more than i realised...so thank you all for accepting me on board without any 'conditions' ...its the best...thank you...it helps so much..... loz x.

  I love this place.

  And I value all of the posters, even the ones that piss me off, they teach me a lot about myself.

  And when your raised a JW, you have no self.

  So when you exit, you have to go out and find it.

  Chinese R allowed only one child. If it is female they have to abort it. What do JW's do?

  i have always wondered what jws do if they get pregnant with a girl.

  do they abort the fetus like the government tells them to do?

  or does the society forbid married couples in china to have sex?

  on projo.com there's an update on utopian reformists' (mario)'s ex-wife, who was declared mentally insane and committed to a mental facility as she was unfit to stand trial by reason of insanity.

  she had set fire to her home, and tried to kill her two daughters in that fire, succeeding in one being lost.. i will try to put the link or page in this post.

  if not, perhaps someone who is better at this than i am, could post the link for the older members to see, who knew of this story.

  Thanks for posting this, I think of Mario and his surviving daughter often, and wonder how they are coping.

  What he and his children went through is almost beyond belief.

  Sadly, it looks like Mom has Marina convinced that she doesn't need meds. And if I remember correctly, Moms witness family was not supportive of treatment and meds too.

  my son got suspended from school for fighting.

  not just fighting but choking another boy during their fight.

  he started it in anger over something the other boy did, but none of that actually matters.

  he see's even "the embryo of us"..."and all it's parts are down in writting.." according to the bible.

  yet he will destroy millions of kids and babies because their "worldly" parents closed the door on a witness one busy saturday morning..

  The christians on this board will defend gods right to kill who he chooses.

  They defend god sending his people to wipe out whole communities, butchering whole families but keeping the virgin girls for themselves.

  They don't call it rape and they don't call it murder, it's just more of gods mysterious ways that us mere humans can't comprehend.

  How often did you get donations from the HH in the FS?

  because in my experiance it was once in a blue moon!

  even if we did ask/ suggest for money.

  most of the contributions put in the box were out of the jw's own pocket.

  once it became a donation basis, I quit asking for money.

  I hate it when someone gives me something, and then asks for a "donation".

  I will not do that.

  JW views on Mental Health & Counseling

  i am considering getting couples counseling for the jw boyfriend and i. he's open to it.

  he got help himself for an issue recently, but it was in the short term, and it went well for him.

  i want to know if we started going regularly, and his mentor got wind of it, what are the jw views on mental health help?

  My ex and I went in for couples couseling for eight years.

  We knew better then to tell any dub friends about it.

  Better to don't ask, don't tell.

  BTW, a couselor telling a JW, that they are in a cult, will mean exactly jack shit to a dub.

  No, I take that back, they will see it as persecution and love it

  I just read an article that said someone typed a T for trillion, instead of a B fo billion....... oops

  And they are pointing the finger at Citibank.

  Now I don't know much about stocks, but that one is really hard to buy.
