I think there are reasonable and interesting JW's and XJW's on this site....usually that means people who aren't obsessed w/ their agendas. I also think there are annoying JW's and XJW's on this site who are unreasonable. The way I see it, super obsessed JW's and super obsessed XJW's are exactly the same, just on opposite sides of the pendulum.

this weekend, however, the calls of "encouragement" came rolling in.
on saturday, a brother (actually a very decent, likable, and genuine man) left me a message and said that he misses me at the meetings.

Strangely enough Michalina and I have not had anyone call here or ask why we stopped going to meetings - besides my mom and dad who go to Hatboro. Not one elder has called, Michi's brother hasn't even asked. Our old friends know that we don't go, but just pretend that everything is the same....

I think by living your life and being happy. Setting goals and accomplishing them. Dwelling on every little teaching that is wrong by the WTS will eventually drive one insane. I had fun researching all of the weird things on my way out the door, but now I barely think about any of that stuff. I look to the future and I feel secure and happy about that.
