I love these 70s drawings by the WTS. Adam was pretty hot, dontcha think? Adam must've been the inventor of the razor blade because look at that close shave! Eve is looking rather delicious too. They remind me of a couple in a latin soap opera.

interesting thing to me is the pictures that it shows, some i have never seen in offical literature, yet they look like they couldve have been ones made but not used, or something i dont know.. and others that resemble images from books such as the revelation book... (the city, pearls etc).

30 Minute Public Talk-CONFIRMED
by stillajwexelder ini can confirm (as there seems to be some doubt) at the service meeting last night during the item about the new watchtower, a letter was read by the po.
the public talk is to be 30 minutes long.
this is to allow for more association and ministry.. lengthy negative introductions about the state of the system of things/deep last days etc are to be heavily curtailed.

By cutting the public talks in half they will now expect their members to spend more time on the streets pushing WT mags. Just when you thought it was safe to sit through your hangover at the KH on Sunday mornings.

The reason the WTS is moving away from doom and gloom during their 'hourly' talks is because they don't want anyone to focus on dates anymore. It's also possible that they are realizing that newbies won't enter if all they're convinced of is the 'soon to come' end of the world. The WTS prefers to win converts on the basis of happy-joy topics and not 'become one of us because the world is full of s--t".

If the elderly are such a blessing, why is it that the WTS can't pay the elderly bethelites a pension or at least contribute to some retirement fund? If the elderly are so important, why doesn't the WTS contribute to the welfare of their elderly pioneers/publishers? I have yet to hear about ANY charitable contribution made by the WTS, let alone for the elderly.

The Masonic underpinnings of the WTS are starting to show with this current policy change. Masons are known for keeping their study material as secret as possible. Although the Masons don't share ANY of the WTS doctrines, the teaching methods bare some similarities. They will become more obvious in years to come. TRUST ME - I KNOW.

I think the WTS is trying to counter some of the other YouTube documentaries that talk about the JWs. I doubt that anyone will feel compelled to run to the nearest KH after seeing this.

I CAN FINALLY SAY THAT I FOUND SOMETHING REALLY INTERESTING ON THIS FORUM! I'm barely halfway through the film but I felt compelled to pause it and write this message. However, it does confirm some things that I had learned since leaving the JWs. This is evidenced by my new avatar. :)
Whoever posted this video on our forum should be rewarded for bringing something of intellectual value to this forum which can sometimes be sorely lacking in such.
