  a while back, i registered to vote.

  i even voted in our primary (nonpartisan issues only at this point--i'm still finding my "center.

  at the time, my wife asked me if all this voting stuff we were getting all of a sudden was some new thing the state was doing--maybe you just get enrolled to vote when your drivers license renews, or something.

  i've noticed in the last couple of years that they practically advertise their musical interlude before the start of the morning session.. it feels like 1984.. has anyone else noticed this?.

  hello.

  i have a specific request.

  i would like a link that shows that ngo requirements (for example, informing people about u.n. activities) haven't changed since the criteria was established, or at least that nothing has changed since 1991 or whenever the wt said it did.

  what percentage of the people here still actually consider themselves as witnesses?????

  Even though my dad is an elder (not the PO though) and I confronted my parents about my doubts and just threw everything out there: U.N., Dateline, 607 is wrong, etc., he didn't throw me to the lions (the other elders). He just said he wanted me to get those apostate lies out of my head. So he's on red alert so I'm laying low for now. darth frosty: I don't know. Maybe I should throw in that we don't need to belong to an org. to please God?

  charged, tried, convicted and jailed in sweden.

  My story: I'm 20, been a dub since I was 8, my dad's an elder, it's not easy to avoid meetings/fs when you still live at home. I plan to fade. When I go out in FS I don't leave any wt bs of any kind, I just read something from the bible, thank the person for their time, and I go on my way.

  in light of the recent press against the wts on the issue of child abuse, i'm not sure if the posting on the wts site about sexual abuse of children is blatant hypocracy or an attept to show just how "bad" the problem is with other groups so that the few 100/1000 cases among dubs pales in comparison.
