This is a picture of a new ''Faithful and Discreet Slave'' member named I.M. Anerd
Oh, so that's who he is ... I thought he was the CO being invited to dinner after the meeting, and the guy in blue was giving him a "green handshake".
is this picture a good example of love bombing?

i've noticed since the watchtowers tax problems, and publications now being offered without a price for "donations" the quality has gone down to save money $$$$ first the new calander is half the size of the original a4 size....it's hard to write your witnessing hours!
remember the hard cover books that last forever...now paperback!!
monthly awakes and study article only watchtowers for witnesses, saves alot of paper and printing.
Hmm, all these changes describe a corporation that's slowly going out of business.
The door of the Ark is closing ....get in quick!!
The end is really, really, really close!!!!
i'm just curious if you seriously take what people have to say about you on this forum.
do you care if they cause offense or call you namesl.
does it effect how you feel about yourself?.
I have found that the people that are most cutting are conversely the worst communicators.
It reminds me of the school yard, the bullies were always dumb, same in the adult world.
I've also found the same thing.
I don't take offense to mean words on the forum... don't take it personally. If someone has difficulty communicating their point .... well, me being bothered won't help the situation anyway. Besides, we all have a bad day at some point.
I don't live with them, they don't live with me, they don't pay my bills or contribute to my everyday living. So why should I be bothered?
since i've been out for so long i would like to ask if there has been any change regarding the association with disfellowshiped.
can active jws go to the wedding of their df'd sons or daughters?
any policy change?.
Parents would be "allowed" * to attend, but any and all "privileges of service" would be removed.
Yep, that's what happened with my wedding. My JW mom was threatened with the removal of "privileges" if she attended my wedding. I'm not DF or DA .... just fading. Eventually she did attend because her PO "allowed" her to since I was not DF.
disappointment and regulated marriages in the new world?--by request!
request from researcher: this goes back a ways atlantis, so please bear with me.
back in the 50s i remember an upset in our congregation about one of the articles.
Man, what a load of crap!
I suppose after that article was written,
i've gotten a few pm's asking how mimi is doing after her surgery so i decided to make this topic and post some pictures of her.
for those of you that don't know mimi is my italian greyhound and she had a chronic ear infection that would not clear up.
the vet decided that the best course of action was surgery.
Nice to know she's recovering well BFD. She'll be so much happier now.
a witness just informed me about a couple that we know who had their assembly recently, and it was announced at the private elder's meeting that there will be a special meeting with all the elders in the us in patterson.
it was mentioned that we are now living "in the end of end of times" and that the un is talking about prohibiting religions.
has anyone heard of this??
The U.N. does not have the power to ban religion
I was wondering the same thing. Seems like the various religions wield more power over the populace than the UN has over the world's countries ...
The first myth of management is that it exists.
remember that song, the thousands of examples of good jws standing up to the secular authorities?
we used to sing it "herman's determined" lol!.
i've been a member on this site for almost a year, why is it we allow our loved ones to keep us from taking a stand?
That was actually one of the better Kingdom Melodies.
It was? Why, is it shorter?
awake 2008 jan.p.19 "choosing to play violent and immoral games is like choosing to play with radioactive waste.
the damaging effects may not be immediatley obvious, but they are inevitable.
exposure in high doses of radiation can destroy the lining of the stomach and allow bacteria from the intestines to invade the bloodstream, resulting in sickness.
I give this article an F. Do they even have editors?
That's rather generous of you .... I'd give it an Fminus!!!!!!
No editors, no references, no bibliography .... horrible writing.
