  Interesting conversation re: sexual abuse issue

  i may be outing myself so i'm changing some minor detail but i wanted to relate a recent conversation over the sexual abuse issue.

  i was at a party, er, gathering this weekend and there were several folks that i haven't talked to in awhile there.

  so, i sat down at a table with several other guys and the conversation went like this:.

  I have heard the "pay phone reporting" deal from 2 different elders.

  I believe it to be true.

  The reason they have you go to a remote location is so that the police cannot just trace the call back to the hall or your house and ask more questions.

  I always hated when someone dug out Corinthians 10, Black Sheep.

  It meant they didnt like what you were doing, and they had nothing to back it up - so they were going to use fear of stumbling.

  hey peeps,.

  it's been a long while since i've posted (i am completely out - wife and kids still in) but thought you might this interesting.. they came home from the district convention yesterday with the new dvd intended for kids.

  they popped it in right away and this is what happens:.

  this dvd makes me sick.

  Essentially it shows that the watchtower knows that the 1st world countries are a loss for door to door.
  They have turned their attention to keeping the children of those in already.

  Worst Thing Youve Done In A Meeting?

  whats the worst thing youve done during a meeting?

  years ago, when i was a bit more wicked/naughty/younger than i am now, i thought i would take some drugs just prior to the meeting to see if it would make things any more interesting.

  it didnt, but at least i enjoyed the kingdom melodies tapping my foot to the beat and bopping my head!!

  It wasn't me, but in our hall 3 brothers decided to do the "hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil" monkeys at the back of the hall while their buddy did a #4 talk in front of the C.O.

  The brother on stage laughed during his talk but quickly recomposed himself. The C.O. turned to see what made him laugh. The guys doing "hear" and "Speak" dropped their hands when they saw the C.O. turn his head.... the brother doing "see"... well he couldnt see the C.O. turning around.

  All of 3 them lost their "priviledges"

  I do all the time. There is a group of us that knew each other when growing up - we are out now - and I apologize for actions I took while in.

  I know of 3 couples who are mixed JW and other religion.

  In all 3 cases the JW was the wife.

  All have children who turned into JWs.

  hey guys, sorry i haven't been on here much lately.. i just thought i would drop by and let you know of something i received.. from when i was 12 until i was 25, i worked on quick builds.. i started out just helping out wherever they would put me - then joined an actual crew: attendants.

  i used to flag for forklifts.

  then i asked if i could learn how to be an electrician because the flagging was about as boring as watching grass grow.. i only worked on electric crew 1 year, back in 2006.. i just got an email from my attendant crew overseer saying that i need to submit a photo for my id badge so that i can go to quickbuilds.

  I don't think they have the time Quarterback to compare pictures - they would probably just compare names to the rosters. much quicker and easier on the computing power

"We have started the process of printing the photo ID badge cards required to access building projects in the future. Our records indicate you have not yet uploaded a picture."
  
  1) Does anyone know if they are having issues with unauthorized people being on the worksite?
  2) It has been almost 6 years since i went to a quickbuild. Are they that bad at paperwork?
