i have worked at the same hospital for two years.
the management is abusive and shows no appreciation for the hard work of their employees.
the work place is extremely toxic, pitting workers against each other.
Any advice?
No it's all about you, you know what you don't want, you know what you want, but you don't know where and how to find it even, the iner ressources to get there (you are just not ready) ... It'll take the time it needs to finally react in a way or another (not bother about what's around you professionally or running away from it)
i am curious, what amount people on this board from their experiences of being a baptised & active jw and their subsequent exit from the jw org (for whatever reason or reasons) are now either agnostic, atheist or do some actually still believe in god?.

I went from every stages : Believer, Atheist, Agnostic ... Supid Believer (because of weird things happening) ... to Agnostic again (because I have no idea what good could eventually be - mother nature sounds good enought by then and some specif good and bad force in the nature and as spirits) ... to finally believer (because of weird things happening and reading the bible myself) ... Voilà (its funy to remember all those stages).
i started a thread after i finished the first chapter of this book entitled something like, i'm an atheist.
i finished chapter three and i have to backtrack a bit, but i also feel the need to explain why since i was so vocal.. first, let me say that i think everyon should read the first two chapters of the god delusion by richard dawkins.
he brings up some very important points about religion and about science's place in our world.
To me there is no science against God … Even biblically God is the essence of everything … God is science by himself.
Also nothing is supposed to be better for the good and bad for the bad in this life (most apostles died as martyrs – your talking about a gift?)… If anything happens in anybody’s favour (good or bad once) it’s because it serves purposes (but the main purpose of the bible is not to save anybody from this world) not at all … Which says : this is how thinks works with free will but without wisdom.
What makes God, as the God we are talking about is the Christ = The WORD = the one who/what is answering the questions and the needs – and the needs right now – is not to please anyone – but to make people understand that they need to respect each other, taking care of those who needs it. If you do just that you prove that you have the spirit of God (you are God’s son) and deserves to go further (but right now the only permanent support that you can have is faith – Job's story is all about that he had a lot from God but he paid a lot to know which side he was really standing for). More you get in this life and more you have to give, less you have and more you have excuses (but you still have to want the good and regret the bad) that’s it.
God Said to Adam and Eve you’re going to die … it took 900 years
The Question is why is it so obvious for instance that Adam and Eve’s story is telling that God is insane?Which writer would have put it like that in telling that they were unconscious but still deserved to die? He wouldn’t (that’s toooo stupid) … So what is this story/the entire bible saying exactly?
I Corinthians 1: 21. For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.
I would even say the foolishness of the solution. (he does not want to take free will out us, only the bad side of where it can lead - and he don't want to kill anybody for good if he had not proved he was worse than unusefull means a problem for everybody)
This book is a Masterpiece check it! (I’m glad I did for real and didn’t stay on religions interpretations of it)

he's 7 weeks old, he's a chocolate lab and i named him tony.
his eye isn't messed up it just looks that way because i was trying to get his face to look forward while i pushed the button all at once.
he kept me up all night last night crying, but hopefully just like with my beagle he will outgrow that.

I see this story in a very different way
Adam and Eve were uncounscious of the good and the bad (they can't be responsible) it's like saying to kid since the first time you do not obbey to me you're going die. (this story is full of symbolism - it shouldn't be read word for word). We are Adam and Eve at birth and we will all have to chose in between the good and the bad but from some global experience (not same for everybody).
now that you've done your practice on starting conversations with strangers, it's time to actually approach women.. first of all, let's cover what not to do when approaching a woman:.
1) never approach a woman from behind.

but here is what I'm thinking about ...
The only thing which is sure is that you have to dare at some point (otherwise you’re only dreaming), but you won’t be able to play a character very long even if you have taken good lessons … (it can help but it won’t help you to be someone else).
Here is some things that might lead somewhere in staying yourself: Do not target anybody in particular … give everybody a chance yourself … most people want the more this or that (but what is really important what they are most or what you really need ?) And that's why you’ve got a few bunch a people who gets everybody’s attention and this mentality is only leading for most being forgotten … till one day somebody give them a chance (are they less interesting? … well check at least).
The more you target anything the more you feel the need to work on it … I mean you give yourself a job and romance or love shouldn’t have anything to do with a job … (and you might get tired working on it and before or after getting what you want it's just disappointing for both).
Most of the time it’s all in the eyes (you can feel it – you don’t even have to talk) … but to really get interesting in someone (instead of targeting) you need to listen what he/she have to say to see if you have a common ground (chemistry – compatibility – complicity) that doesn’t mean you have to agree in everything with the other one (it can bother actually – we need challenge).
your color prefence can tell you about your personality and hidden secrets...........you can take the "color test" in a book call the "luchser color test" by max luchser they give you 8 colors to arrange.

when i thinking of dating someone they get the test first thing..........it saves alote of time for meand them...........i don't date people who choose green, black or grey in first poistion.. nb.
