these 'dime time' acts of kindness to our fellow human beings can help reduce stress in others and therefore contribute to a happier world.

in the years that i've taken part in various web discussion groups, from time to time i've come across people that i can only describe as "cyberpaths".
"trolls" is of course another term for them, although i don't believe all trolls are necessarily people with personality disorders.

last night i attended a talk given by william rodriguez in which he gave an eyewitness account of events occurring on 9th september 2001. this man had worked at the world trade centre for twenty years and had arrived late on that fateful day.
he was doing his usual stair cleaning job when the first plane hit.
