  just hang on for me, 4 more days, and then i will be there to hold you in my arms.. please hang on to life for me till then.. i will not be ok if you lose this fight this soon.. i will never be the same, you have changed my life for the better.

  i feel so honoured to have you as a friend.... it's just not fair that i just met you....and you're going away..... i will miss you dammit.. 4 more days..

  How many Christmas yard ornaments is too many I ask?

  there is a house in my neighborhood that has to hold the record for christmas decorations in their yard.

  the neighborhood i live in has one road in and out so we can't avoid this eyesore.. i swear, they have every inflatable, plastic, lit up, wire formed, animated yard decoration that has ever been manufactured.

  it looks like k-mart threw up in their yard.. they have enough lights on the house, bushes, trees, eaves, roof, fence to signal the mothership into a safe landing from any galaxy in the universe.

  LMAO eryn that was funny, thanks for the laugh.

  In my area we have the "tacky christmas display" ( r something like that) every year and it's announced on the nightly news. Sounds like your neighbors would get first place!

  not that i want to or anything, but this therapist guy seems to think that it would be really helpful to my wife.

  he says to pull out the good and ignore what you dont like, and that supporting my wife a bit in this way could be good for us as a couple.

  it could also let us have at least some shot at keeping the old social life alive.

  Do what you have to do, but remember this:

  The friends you want to keep in touch with - will drop you like a hot potato as soon as the BOE tells them to or they think you are bad association. Doing it for them is a waste of you time.

  The wife - if she is a loyal dub - will choose this religion over you in a heartbeat, you business will become the Elders business.

  As someone else has already stated this is not a Sunday go to the meeting type religion, it's all or nothing.

  Good luck in whatever you choose to do.

  A Question for those of you who run on Empty gas tanks?

  i am going to guess there are few to no women who do this.

  it has to be mainly guys.....and why take the chance is my question?.

  i never go below 1/3 of a tank and refill.

  I just had this conversation with my hubby yesterday. I used his car and had to stop and get gas first, he always has less than a 1/4 of a tank and mine is always 3/4 or full. I don't let my tank go below 1/4, I guess that's why I don't use his car

  so, my 22 year old son called me this morning and said his witness mom, my ex, sent him this website link- http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,313683,00.html .

  it is an artcicle about a 14 year old witness boy with leukemia who died because of refusing a blood transfusion.

  doctors said he would have had a 70 % chance of surviving to live a normal life if he had accepted blood.

  Welcome to JWD.

  I also was raised JW and never really believed in it. It was more or less this is what you have to do, so do it and don't ask questions. When I turned 18 I left it all.
