I found old witnesses on facebook and myspace. The ex-witnesses, who left after I did, turned out to be the coldest and most unfriendly people I have ever met.

Chimps For Pets----Should It Be Allowed?

If someone wants to own a chimp they should be thrown out into the jungle to live with chimps for a couple years. After that, if they still want to own a chimp, have at it.

Dad passed away...

he was in his eighties and declining in health every time i saw him.

Old habits die hard-Sisters only.

today i was at a luncheon for work and when i went to wash my hands, the sink countertop was all wet.
i grabbed some extra paper towel-one sheet only, and wiped off the excess water.

If everyone bagged their own groceries and brought their shopping cart back into the store, someone will be out of a job.
If everyone cleaned up after themselves in the restroom at the assembly, there would be no need for volunteers and some of them might just be looking for an excuse to get out of sitting for hours listening to something they find boring. I've been there, but I got out before the one towel per person rule was made. Lucky me.

Compared to a year ago I have to say it's pretty bad.
House sales are nearly zero, home evaluations have been reduced to about half of what they were, businesses are closing, food costs are going up and employment layoffs are going on in every industry, even hospitals.

Very interesting Nathan. I haven't been around the pond enough with Al Sharpton to pick up on the fire hydrant the way you did.
I'm nearly 53 and I have heard far too many racists jokes. You don't have to be a racist to see some connection. I heard the story of the chimp and I'm familair with the stimulus plan. I saw all of these in the picture. I didn't see an assasination of the president.
Regarding intent. The New York Times does not hire high school students for anything more than deliveries. The artist has been around long enough, and he spent enough time on the pic to consider how it would be accepted. I'll bet he did and passed it on anyway. Insensitive and criminal IMO.

Considering the amount of time it took the artist to draw the picture, I would have to say "criminal intent", or an IQ level far less than that of a chimp.

what was your best day ever?
by wings inmine was four years ago, the day my granddaughter emily was born.
we were camping on the beach in rocky point, mexico.
my husband had gone on a chartered fishing trip, and i had the choice to stay with the ladies hanging out in their perspective rv's or make a day of my own.
