Just like Ezekiel and his false prophecy of the taking of Tyre by Nebuchadnezzar or the desolation of Egypt by Jeremiah and Ezekiel by Nebuchadnezzar, or that Egypt would be subject to the tyranny of the Assyrians by Isaiah. The one on Chapter 17 of Isaiah concerning Damascus, is glaringly false, etc, etc.

I have two daughters. One is nineteen and a half, the other is seventeen. The nineteen year old does not talk to me since four years ago, although they live only three blocks away. The seventeen year old has not talked to me since five months ago.
Last summer my ex asked me for money for college for my oldest daughter. I told her she would not get a penny from me since she had not talked to me in three years. My youngest daughter will only get my car and insurance until she is eighteen and support from me until she finishes high school at eighteen and a half. If she keeps on shunning me past eighteen, I will not talk to her, even if she breaks with the Watchtower. They have a conscience, and know they are hurting me. Therefore I will repay them the same way.
i had a lot of anger towards them for a good amount of time.
but now, i like to think about the good times we had.
i like to think about their attributes i admired.
Other than family, I don't think of them anymore. They made their choice, I made mine. Perhaps they'll join us in the real world someday but I'm not so optimistic and can't change them. I've made many friends since leaving. People come and go in this life, some you choose to hold onto, some not so much. C'est la vie.
Even if they are family, I will not talk to them if they ever shunned me, as in the case of the oldest one born from my sperm. When she was 16 years old she told me that I had no right to talk to her!

Yes, it is commonly known to scientists that trees give knowledge and eternal life, and that snakes can speak. There is no myth here.
They also agree that god, being omnipotent, could have created the male before the animals and plants, as in chapter 2, while at the same time after them, as chapter 1 shows. Also, he could've formed the fowl from the ground as in Chapter 2, while at the same time ordering the waters to bring them forth in the first chapter.
Gen. Chapter 1 tells us that the Jewish god created the stars on the fourth day, but Job 38 tells us that when the foundations of the earth were created, the morning stars sang with joy. Meaning that the stars were created before the earth.

It made me start thinking about this. How many others are like her out there? Do you have guilt? Has this forum helped you deal with it?
The only guilt I feel is about the people I might have led astray when I was a JW.
I used to blame the JWs, but in reality the root of their evil is the bible. I was lucky enough to read the first H2O before it turned pro WT. I was advised in a private email to read "Is It God's Word?" by Joseph Wheless. That opened enough my eyes to see the immorality contained in it.
I am an agnostic, but if I were to believe that the mythological Hebrew god exists, I would definitely not obey him. He acts more like a devil than a loving father. I would turn against a being like him. That goes for the Koran, and the Book of Mormon, which can be examined here:

i'm going to do a paragraph-by-paragraph rebuttal of as much watchtower literature i can get my hands on.
i've been inspired by v's watchtower comments, so i'm going to do the same with books and brochures.
