Sorry to steal the thread ,BUT THANK YOU for asking the Question.....I will look for the answer when I can stop the tears... It is a very long answer,but the gist is all of us are sinners ,NONE are rightous that is why Christ died for all "OUR" sins because "Nothing is impossible with God."

furthermore, it does not contain the monthly report for the first month of the service year 2009 (sep 08) as it used to in the past.sixty years.. this may indicate that the wts is not that transparent with their publishers numbers any more if they are not even doing away with it.. can anyone confirm from other countries?.

Maybe this will be the new dubdom... get rid of inactive ones, get rid of the numbers. They could be morphing yet again. Look at how crazy they have been in the past - it isn't like it couldn't happen.

you may be onto something here....

if the dubs effectively "delete" inactive ones, it wouldnt really have any impact on the numbers because they are already inactive - BUT - it would be the perfect excuse to justify the falling numbers.

But if numbers really are no longer to be printed does that mean they will no longer be collected? No more time slips?

that will never happen! That is the single strongest factor for dubs to be active. How many do you know are out the last saturday of the month to "get there time in" - their time being 2 hours for the whole month.

If it wasnt for time slips anyone under 5-6 hours per month would stop going out.

i had the #4 talk tonite on 2nd peter-why beneficial.

i talked about you mean ol' postates.

i used 2pet 2:1-3 and even said the internet was a tool of satan to snare christians today.

who doesnt get a "G"? Dont get me wrong, I am sure you did do a "good" job but I think I have seen a "W" get handed out about twice in my life, and an "I"? - only one school overseerer i remember ever doled these out.

I know what you mean though, I gave a talk about blood, spent 4 minutes talking about "pouring blood out on the ground" - then did a complete 180 on the conclusion and talked about fractions being a cinscience decision even though they come from blood NOT poured out on the ground! I actually said that!

I got nothing but "good job"s and pats on the back. Did anyone even listen? Did anyone say to me, "wow Still_in74, your talk was rather conflcting, how can you have such dichotemy in your talk about blood? That didnt make any sense at all!" NOPE! just good job!

And yes I got a "G" too ;)

the hr dept where i work had closed and to start a 401k i had to do it online.

so i went to the english meeting last sunday, friends who don't know what i know wanted me to go with them.. the circuit oversser is brother rucker.
