I'm a pioneer but was never accepted into the clique of pioneers who had been doing it for 10 years or more. At one pioneer meeting, they were all laughing how many Bible studies they are conducting without thinking it was meant to embarrass me.

she has noticed what she perceives to be a "pioneer clique" in our congregation.

I am fading but I do take care of the magazines. WT xx/15/20xx starting next year will be handed out with the regular magazines ie WT xx/01/20xx and AW xx/20xx. there will be 1 for each dub, their brainwashed children, and those in the process of being brainwashed. There can be a few that go missing unexpectedly.

Do the hours of the JW's reflect their actual preaching?
by justhuman inwhen i was watchtower witness and pioneer i recall how we used to abuse the hours at the field service.... getting up in the morning, and doing street work..after the street work going to the kindom hall for the field service, and the at the territory.
after finishing the territory continue some street work in order continue reporting the time.. so starting at 8.15 in the morning, then stop at 9.15 to drive to the kindom hall, and around 9.50 we were getting at the territory.
then after the 2 hours preaching(and usually 85%of the people were not home and the rest show no interest at all, and after 2 coffee brakes, finishing at 12.00. then going some street work at the center of the town until 1.00. so we used to report 5 hours!!!

Some of the really brainwashed ones do lazy preaching where they sit around at restaurants eating there and count their time. Without even talking to anybody. I personally put whatever time on the reports since this preaching work is for a so-called god that doesn't exist. So I didn't really care.

Most of the brothers and sisters that were born in the truth that I know of have no critical thinking skills. They just lazily accept whatever is thrown at them from the tyrants of Crooksville. They refuse to open their eyes and see what is on this forum because their lethargic mental skills have been inactive for 10, 20, 30, 40, or more years from being in this cult.

JW Atttitude toward Illegal Immigrants
by B_Deserter ini have a jw friend that is letting an illegal immigrant live with him.
the brothers in his hall know his status (i wouldn't be surprised if half of them were illegal as well) but mention nothing about "obeying caesar's laws.
anybody else ever notice this?

China selling cardboard as a snack!!!
by sammielee24 inchina is selling hunks of cardboard off the street, seasoned with msg, as a snack!
this might be over in beijing but isn't anyone worried about what the heck is still getting into this country or if any of the 'snacks' we've aready eaten have been nothing but some fibre scraped off the sidewalk, slipped into plastic bags and sold as 'tasty treats'???

Warlock makes a good point. Don't make any bigoted, untruthful comments if you never been to the country or understand their culture. There is a big difference between personal opinion that can be backed up by facts and those that are based on faulty logic. As with the news, I already know about this with the lack of safe food guidelines in China. Every night on the news, there is a new item that the companies in China have developed that have harmful chemicals in them that cause cancer. Just look at what happened with that pet food scandal a few months back with the rat poison found.

Youtube has become a magnet for JWs to see what the upcoming DC has in store. The person who made it should use accurate facts instead of using blanket statements. Not all pioneers are in debt to their eyeballs while working as janitors. There are some that I know who run successful small businesses, computer consultants, web designers without much or no higher education. We need to separate fact from fiction and educate those JWs with knowledge within these pages.

Secret elders website?!?

it is used to submit the monthly field service reports and other letters in.
that is the 3rd time i heard about this and want to verify if any of you know about this..

My concern is if there are personal information such as name, address, telephone numbers that are stored on that site because any site can be easily hacked if one has the right tools.

Do zealous dubs think they will be blessed more?
by JH inas a dub, were you under the impression that the more you served the watchtower org., the more god would bless you in the new system?
the more you were involved serving god as a jw, the more blessings you'd receive in the new system, or were you under the impression that everybody would be blessed equally, no matter how much they did, as long as they survived armageddon.. could this explain why some are more zealous than other in the org?
thinking they will blessed more than those who did less.. .

The problem is that GB wants the average JW to always do more to serve them. For example, its not enough that a full-time confidence trickster aka a pioneer to make 70 hours, that person needs to make 70 hours and have over 40 rvs and 1 or more studies to be productive. There are no blessings to it other than ruined lives and broken relationships.
