  LANDMARK DECISION - Vicki Boer vs Watchtower Society

  as most are aware, vicki boer has been long awaiting a decision to be handed down in a case she started against the society in canada.. the decision was handed down today.

  as with any 55 page decision, it will take some time for the legal experts to hash it over and decipher what was said.

  but, in a nutshell..... vicki won.

  Cut your losses. This situation doesn't get better; it gets way worse.

  You married this creep based on fraudlent representations by him. Divorce him asap. Move to a place where he can't find you and start your life over. Get a new name while you're at it.

  The Georgia Association of Superior Court Judges says that 70% of the charges of sexual molestation brought in divorce cases are false. So the woods ought to be full of what you're looking for.

  Supreme Court Ruling Thursday on Grounds of Privacy

  thursday, the supreme court overturned the ruling in the 1986 georgia case bowers v hardwick.

  in essence the court said that anti-sodomy laws are unconstitutional as they invade the citizen's right to sexual privacy.
