Theocratic Warfare at my house part 3, the end

just twenty minutes ago i was sitting at the piano and my wife comes up to me and says, "i talked to the brothers, you were absolutely right, i apologize, he (my minor son) will never go to the meetings again".
i sat there in stunned shock both happy and sad at the same time.

Thank you all who responded to my earlier post, I am pleased to say there has been a major development.
Just twenty minutes ago I was sitting at the piano and my wife comes up to me and says, "I talked to the brothers, you were absolutely right, I apologize, he (my minor son) will never go to the meetings again". I sat there in stunned shock both happy and sad at the same time. It was a victory, but a very hollow victory. My minor son will not be sneaked off to be further indoctrinated, but at the same time it gave me no joy whatsoever to see her cower and lament under the yoke of these elders or even me her own husband.
God I hate this cult!
I so hate the fact that I can just cut and paste the magic words from the Watchtower magazine, put them in a letter, have the elders read it, and then my wife is told by these small-minded men to obey me. I just know it was the little blurb I put in this letter gleaned from a Watchtower that says blah blah blah unbelieving husband still the head, blah blah blah, he calls the shots, blah blah blah.
So thats it. Now I know how to make my wife jump through hoops, all I have to do is find it somewhere in a publication written by corrupt men that are in possession of not even quite a high school education. Disgusting!

I HATE THIS F*UCKING CULT!!!

In my wifes congregation almost every Elder was removed but I dont know why in most of the cases. It was so bad that the Watchtower Society had to bring in people from outside the area to take over. That says something doesnt it? If I had to speculate I would say there was a lot of porkn going on (sorry ladies). Of the few cases that I personally know about, and my wife likes to hide this stuff from me so I dont see the bad side of the JWs, it had a lot to do with the Elders kids getting in so much trouble.
The most upstanding and hard-line Elder they have, make that had, has one son that stole a car, and went for a joy ride. Would you believe this one came over my house to at 2 in the morning to get my kid to ride with him? Nice.
This hard-line Elders other son now steals stuff to pay for the heroin he pumps into his veins on a regular basis. Poor kid. Everyone knows they best thing to do for someone hooked on drugs is to shun them. Bastards!
Yet another Elders kid is playing hide the salami with his girlfriend. Not that Im condemning that, I was no saint when I was a teenager, did a lot of that too but from what I understand the worst part of it is she is a worldly girl.Got that from the now X Elder himself, I cringed when he told me that.
One sister moved out of the area because many of the lies she told were catching up to her all at once. She also has a lawsuit against her pending that was filed by one of the brothers. And from what I understand she now got married to a dub down in Texas. Wonder if this Texas dub knows how much mileage she has on the old beaver. (sorry again ladies)
Now that she is gone, my older boy has fesses up to me that this 30+ year-old woman liked to hit on the young brothers in the congregation. Dont have the nerve to ask him if he gave her a go, just hope he used precautions if he did.
Several people in the congregation got the boot or reproof for various sexual offenses as I understand. So I have to wonder, did the 30+ hot2trot sister have anything to do with Elders downfall? Only God knows and he don't talk to me no-more.
Anyway that whats happing in my neck of the woods.

BTW in case anyone should wonder, no I'm not a nut job that wants to tell the most intimate details of their life to obtain some sick kind of satisfaction like the crazies on Jerry Springer. I'm a normal guy with a wife, 2 kids, a dog etc. however, I am publicly posting this most private information because I want people to see how absolutely horrible the real Watchtower Bible and Track Society is and the things it forces even good people to do. If I can save even one single person the horror my family has had to endure, I will die a happy man.
My wife if far from an evil person, and I love her dearly, but unfortunately we were young, we were foolish, and we joined a CULT thinking it was Christianity. We raised our two children in this cult and that is all they ever knew. I smartened up a bit and realize the Watchtower for what it really is, she has not.
In the interim her elderly and now somewhat ill parents have moved in with us. Not that I mind them living with us, but they too will be affected by whatever happens with our marriage. And speaking of marriage, mine has lasted more then twenty years but may be going down in flames as the Watchtower Cult drives us apart.
I received a lot of good suggestions from many posters, even from some who have gone through this type of thing before. For better or worse I have taken some action. I have worked out a number of scenarios and have checked to see what my legal options are should it go that far. I will now share with you the letter I handed my wife yesterday before she left for the meeting. I have not heard anything back yet so I dont know what effect if any it has had.
The names have been deleted, but its pretty much what I gave her to read. Some will think Im a jerk showing her some of my battle plan in advance, maybe I am. I am hoping she wakes up and realizes what she is doing before its too late.
For better for worse here it is:

I thought putting things down in writing would be better as there is less ambiguity in the written word and less chance for emotions to flare which only serve to obscure the issue anyway. Since you by your course of actions have decided to usurp my headship in such a major way, I will point out some facts to you and the possible consequences of your continued wrong course. What you do from then on is entirely up to you.
I have made my reasons quite clear to you previously as respects (my sons name) active participation and further indoctrination, some of which I consider to not only be anti-social (SHUNNING), but more importantly, dangerous to his health (BLOOD) in certain circumstances. I have calmly and rationally explained my position to (overseers name), your Presiding Overseer and was assured personally by him that my actions of disallowance with regard to (my son's name) subsequent participation, although not favored by him, were well within my rights.
(My wifes name), perhaps you missed the Watchtower of August 15, 2002. The question from readers is: "what guidance do the Scriptures provide about child training when one parent is one of Jehovah's Witnesses and the other is not?"
It contains the following paragraph:
"However, the unbelieving husband might insist that his children practice his religion, taking them to his place of worship and giving them religious education according to his faith. Or a husband may be opposed to all religion and insist that that his children receive no religious education. As the head of the family, he is the one primarily responsible for making the decision ."
Then again perhaps as it seems you pick and choose what rules to follow. I have no problem with that, but just dont expect me to not point out your hypocrisy.
Anyone and everyone of your friends, many whom I consider to also be my friends have been welcome in my home and you cant truthfully state otherwise, however I do draw the line at having my rights as a parent and head of my household usurped. Perhaps someone was ignorant of my stance, but I doubt it, and even if that were true, YOU ARE NOT IGNORANT OF MY STANCE, ARE YOU?
If anyone wishes to continue to disregard and undermine my natural roll with respect to my children, they can consider themselves no longer welcome in my home and I dont want them to have any contact with my children, or me for that matter. Should they try, things will become unpleasant quite quickly.
And since you wont identify who has been sneaking around my back, so I can bring this matter up with them, then it is quite likely at some point in time I will likely be forced into the next level of actions necessary to preserve my parental rights.
What has been going on is shameful, what a rotten example you and whomever you are working with is showing our son. You are showing him to disrespect his father and reject my ultimate parental authority, authority which even your own PO said he respects.
(My wifes name), although you pretend in public you are the injured party, you and I both know you are doing something very wrong. (My wifes name), you are escalating animosity and friction over these issues, and I see nothing good coming from this.
For everyones sake I hope you dont force my hand. My subsequent actions, although legal will be quite embarrassing for both you and me and many people connected with us as it will become VERY PUBLIC, very quickly! I hope I am not forced into such overt actions, none of which I will discuss with you prior to implementation, but that is something not under my control, it is under your control.
And finally should you continue in this wrong course even after that, things might escalate to what would likely be a final level. Should this come to pass, you should know that I have inquired into legal actions that will need to be taken to protect my rights and that of my minor child.
I have found a highly experienced legal team, who among their primary qualifications are their familiarity and winning track record with child welfare issues and parental rights issues in connection with teachings of the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, even having numerous Watchtower documents in their library often used as evidence in such court cases.
Yes (my wifes name) I am willing to invest thousands of dollars, loose my home, in fact everything I own and my future earnings too, as my childs future and well-being is at stake. Further I am even willing to wavier custodial rights to a court appointed third party (i.e. child welfare authorities) should this become necessary to remove my minor child from an environment where he would in all likelihood be denied necessary life saving medical treatments should they ever become necessary.
The dollar figures I have been quoted for this legal action to preserve my parental rights is to say the least substantial. Should you and/or others working on your behalf force me into such a position, and I sincerely hope you wont as I absolutely dont wish this, I will use all assets at my disposal (my wifes name), everything.
And unfortunately this will impact on other innocent people such as your parents as there will likely be no money for a mortgage and you know what the consequences of that are dont you? And although I do not wish any Ill will to them, the safety and security of my child comesfirst and foremost above everything else.
Lastly the financial impact on as of yet unnamed other parties involved may be substantial as I am told they too could become part of a series of legal actions.
I have spent a long time writing this and I do not put these words down as a threat but as factually based expectations of what could and likely would happen should you decide to continue in this wrong course.
I love you and sincerely wish no harm to come to you, however I will not let any affections I have for you override my responsibilities to the welfare of my children.

Yes once again the tower of darkness uses tricky words to deceive the unwary. It seems that every single statement they put out must first go through a battery of lawyers to add double meaning.
Either that or they have former president Bill Clinton (it depends on what your meaning of is is) on the writing staff.

Unfortunately it is outside this tiny point of singularity that the watchtower we are familiar with exists for us.

To everyone that responded, thank you. Sorry I did not reply sooner but I have been working very crazy hours, nights and days are just a blur right now. I will read through your postings in depth as I get the chance. Its just so wonderful knowing there are people out there that understand the torture this so-called religion puts families through, THANK YOU!

Well it looks like I find myself in the middle of the JW battlefield once again fighting the Borg for nothing less then the soul of my younger son. Many months ago I had forbidden my full-blown dub wife from bringing my young boy to

Some of you may recall that I had a nice discussion with my wifes PO and basically he agreed that as the so-called head, it was within my rights to keep him from attending. When he is old enough, like 18+ Ill let him make up his own mind to join a suicide cult.I today found out that someone, one of "the friends" has secretly been taking him to some of the meetings behind my back. However, I am unable to find out whom.
For the most part, I have let my wife have her dub friends over and made nice nice. In fact I have done lots of favors for some of them over the years and each and every one has been treated well, however it seems this is about to end.
I told my wife that I want to talk to whoever is sneaking behind my back and explain my stance and if they dont agree to cool it, then they are not welcome in my home.
Am I being unreasonable here? I didnt think so.
Now get this: My wife is about to tell each any everyone of her dub friends that I said they are not welcome in my home, not at all what I said. She said Im not telling you who has been taking him because I dont want you picking on them and then again blurted out "I am telling everyone you said they are not welcome".
I said thats what YOU are saying, not what I am saying. I couldnt resist and just had to blurt out, "using Theocratic War Strategy I see"! She said this is not TWS. I said you are lying about what I said or meant. She however insisted that it is not lying and it doesnt matter what I said, this is what she is telling everyone.
So I guess now I will be marked and shunned over what is in reality a boldface lie. And as a bonus I get to have one more thing between my wife and me, yes one more thing to put further strains on our marriage. With that in mind I really would like to take a trip to Brooklyn New York and beat the living S*IT out of a few old men in diapers that have programmed my wife and son with this bulls*it.
So please tell me any JW apologist out there, tell me again about what wonderful traits your so-called Bible based training brings out in people. Tell me defenders of the indefensible how your wonderful organization doesnt breakup families.
GOD I HATE THIS FUC*ING CULT!!!

while i wholeheartedly join in with the backslapping and thundering applause being accorded the relentless and selfless efforts of bill bowen and his silentlambs lobby and other men of integrity and conscience---some still, some no longer, associated with the "christian" congregation of jehovah's witnesses--- in exposing the vileness and hypocrisy of certain of the wts's policies, i am moved to hoist a separate and personal tribute to a woman who has turned out to have more integrity and character and courage and conviction than most people with whom i've ever been acquainted and, more on point, than virtually any of the generally good and decent jws i ever knew in my 30 year association---male or female, regardless his "rank" or his/her jw "pedigree.".

Actually the Borg has spoken up on behalf of a member of Christendom in court, Jimmy Swagert Ministries. Of course it was based not on principles because the Borg has none to speak of, but upon self-interest at preserving their own tax-free status, as they knew they were likely next on the chopping block if Swagert lost his case.
The eventual loss by Swagert in court is what prompted the new simplified arrangement in literature sales. Basically the simplified arrangement is a way of avoiding tax on profits made, i.e. its a tax doge.
