She is insensitive, indifferent, self centred, not all that attractive, and quite repetative. Appears to speak well with Republican talking points, but no independant thinking between the ears. In it for the money like the rest of the neo-cons.

Letter to MOM (comments welcomed)
by ringo5 init's been a long time since i've posted anything, probably since i've been in the process of becoming an ex-exjw but lately i've been getting more emails from family inquiring about my beliefs or lack thereof, and often sending the latest rags, no doubt to lift my day .
so, i thought i'd draft a letter to send to my mom, with the intention of letting her see a glimpse of my state of mind, and hopefully ease her mind some to see that i'm not in despair or plagued by feelings of guilt.
i'll post the one part of her letter first that's relevant and then my response.

I don't believe it will make them think, just make them more adamant about spreading their case. The JW's are in our neighbourhood as we speak - I will ask them one question if I am aproached. Question - where in your bible does is state any mention of the Watchtower Society? Everyone knows the answer - they will stutter, I will close the door and end the conversation. If it is a case of winning, then to win, you must stop the conversation before it starts. Otherwise they will continue on with the hope of converting to gain their own salvation. A pretty selfish act for sure.

He really needs to vett the candidates much better. I does look bad when so may people cheat or screw up their taxes in the 100's of thousands. Makes him look bad. However the Neo Cons stretch the reality way beyond just to revive the Repubs.
Too early to score anyone. The alternative to his success is devastating around the world, so why wish him to fail? Sour grapes from that "pill popper" I guess.

Government has no business in a womans woumb even in this ridulous case. However this could smack as some serious child abuse.
I must ask just how someone on assistance of some sort thinks that 6 is not enough. Just how many fathers are involved in all 14 children? I doubt any!

It's shocking that after all the years and mounting evidence that tobacco companies can still sell a product that kills the user. In the strongest terms, "let the buyer beware". It does show that the mind, although relatively intelligent, can allow itself to become addicted to substances that is nothing less than poison. I do understand the fact that it is a freedom to choose to smoke, but the tobacco companies deliberately added addictive substances in the product, and for that they should be punsihed to the max.

Canadian West Coast....what's it like??
by digderidoo ini have a friend who's emigrated to vancouver this year.
a few days ago he invited me over for next year, i am seriously considering it.
i have looked on the net about it, but wondered from anyone here who's been there or living there what's it like?

Today I can tell you we have had more snow this Christmas than any other Christmas in recorded history. Maybe a bit too much. Other than crime, and taxes up to here, it's a good place to live. Got to English Bay and see many palm trees. Covered in snow though today.
