Can't believe nobody has mentioned Athony Kendall ... (hated to be called Tony). Wife was called Brenda. Never fully undertood him.
Played squash with him every visit and was the most competitive CO I ever came across! Probably didn't help that I beat him... he shouldn't have spent so long in FS rather than playing squash

That I never fully understood the ramifications of using a common understanding of "Hotspur" (football/soccer) rather than that of the Boy's comic I loved when I was a kid (too long)! Or the researched understanding of the pugnacious, impetuous and foolish General Hotspur!

Reasoning from the scriptures, is there a plan to release a new version?
by insearchoftruth ini know that the section on last days is no where close to correct anymore with the 'overlapping generation' change, i am sure there are other discrepancies as well with the book.
shouldn't there be a new version of this coming out (or even better for those of us who are trying to find changes a 'change list' like what was done with the 'grand climax' book)?.

This seems to come from the recent questions raised on a number of internet sites... who are the "continuing members of the GB since the 1 century?" It seems that somebody is anwering their critics (what are they doing on sites they ban others from using?)
Interesting to note the use of the term "annointed wheat class". Where's that come from? Who are the weeds now then? Where does that leave the R & F? There is a thread on here somewhere that somebody started regarding the same thing.

12 jesus commanded his followers to baptize new disciples in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit.

Anyone want to bet that the latest version was written by WT lawyers to ensure that JWs have committed themselves to the ORGANIZATION and all its policies and procedures so they can't successfully sue the organization when they are disciplined by the elders (including shunning for people who DA or are DFd)?
Would that mean anybody baptized before 1985 could attempt to sue and stand a chance of being more successful than later dunkings?
