The Watchtower Letters, part 9
by NeonMadman inhere's a letter i received from the society after writing to ask about whether it was ok to use an assumed name while i was working.
i do not have a copy of the actual letter i wrote to them, but here's what the situation was:.
i had been hired as an agent by a private employment agency, which meant that i was basically a telephone solicitor, trying to get job orders from businesses, then match those job orders with applicants.

I find this a very hypocritical reply. They say, basically, that you should not use a different name as to conceal your true identity. Yet they do the same! The person writing the letter doesn't even identify himself by his name but shields himself behind anonymity. Only "EG:EI". That's it!
So EG:EI is ok but mr green is not?!

From what I have read so far this seems very hopeful! As soon as she starts talking about 'them' instead of 'us' progress is made: she does not take the same stance.
I am making progress with my mum too. She has now opinions that are 180 degrees different from the society. Still, I need to get her to read the introduction to my research. She wants to but is finding excuses not to...so I think she is afraid I am right after all. My mum has been in the cult since age 7 or something so she has invested decades in a phoney beliefsystem. It is hard to even consider being wrong...Still I have good hope.
Keep us updated on your mum! See sure sounds like a very decent and warm human being, not JW at all.

The explanation of the WTBS will no doubt be proven just as wrong as all their other published works on revelation and ezechiel. At best they provide wishfull thinking.
Besides the point: I think that the revelation has no bearing on the current situation but was a description of the situation when written. Romans being the opresser it had to be concealed in cryptic language and symbolic talk and maybe the consumation of a mushroom or two. To use this stuff to predict future events is as useful as using the prophesies of Nostradamus. They are so vague they can mean anything...

by pr_capone inonce again, whomever you are, you are too chicken shit to talk to me directly.

(((P_R))))
You are going thru what I fear most. What an infantile mindset such a person must have: I'm gonna tell the elders on ya....nahnahnahnah. sheesh. Still stuck in primairy school I guess.
They said that they would encourage that person to come talk to me.
They better 'encourage' that person to get a life!
BTW: Are there no society rules that dictate that the elders shouldn't talk to some accuser that did not take the correct 'first step'? Do not obey their rules, but use them against them whenever you can!
When you do find who did this to you, please take care not to yield to that inner voice that says: I am gonna pop his head like a zit. But make sure he learn his lesson!
